Been doing light PE for about a year now. Had a 2 month phase out about half a year ago. I'm looking to get more serious about it.

If had to guess, i'd say my initial stats were 6.2 BPEL and 4.8 EG. I am now 7.1 BPEL and 5.0 EG. No pics for either times. I've just been doing stretching exercises and jelqing, pretty close to the JP90 routine.

I still haven't settled on an end goal as I have not the slightest idea of how to estimate my max in potential size and girth. Must be hard since everyone is different.

Looking to see what more experienced users think about this and what they advise for next steps in my PE.
