  • Switching it up

    So, I've decided to switch my routine and go back to manual exercises and quit hanging. This comes after I realize that A) I do not have enough continuous days to hang, B) With a little over 6 weeks until my wife has our baby, I know I will have 0 time alone at home for the following 2 months, C) The last hanging session I had, I noticed some sharp pains afterwards, D) I did notice that my EQ has dropped a little and I do not have the strong cumshots like I did before!

    Therefore, I am changing my course and focusing on manual exercises. I am going back to a routine of stretches, jelqs, kegels, and some edging. This routine will work much better with my schedule, as I do not need to workout every day. Hoping for some gains to come!
