Okay so this is my third time starting PE. I have failed in being consistant and haven't lasted more than 3 weeks. I guess it's hard when your unsure if PE even works. I'm gonna really try and get the full 90 days done this time.
Day 1:
-3 sets 30 sec stretches in all directions
-3 heli shakes after each set
-3 sets of 10 circle stretches
-150 wet jelqs
