    After 7 months, I am starting a log. I started at 6x5nbp and 7bpel. I am now 7.65bpel and 6.25nbpelx5.25meg. I started doing about 100 jelqs total and saw some gains. After a few months, I increased to 150 jelqs each hand, followed by clamping in the evening. I feel like I was overtraining due to lower EQ. Maybe a 7/10.

    I have decided to cut back on work. I now have a Bathmate, so I will do 10 min BM, 10 min jelqing. 2 sets of this and finish with some edging.

      Woke up this morning, 11.11.15, with a hard on. Decided to do some edging in bed. I lasted about 10 min. I got so sensitive I stopped and held the base.             11.13.15 - I did 3 sets of 10min pumping. 1 set of 10min clamping. And 2 sets of 10 min jelqing. Followed by some edging. EQ was not very good for edging. I reached an 8/10 EQ a couple times right before PONR, but wasn't that great. Mostly limp the entire time. I had the sensation that I could cum being limp, but I couldn't get very hard.

                  11.16.15 - No sex last night. Woke up hard this morning. Did about 7 minutes of erect bends. I measured 5 3/8" girth after.                       11.16.15 - after some erext bends, I measured 7 7/8" bpel. Almost to 8bpel, but my nbpel is way behind at around 6.5".

                        11.17.15 - I woke up hard and did 10min erect bends. At 10am I did another 14min erect bends. Then are 12pm did another 15 min erect bends. Maybe gonna do this for several weeks and measure gains. My dick feels more plump than ever so maybe gains will follow.
