Ok here it goes. 2 years ago I purchase the Bathmate and used it on and off for a year and half with no routine, during that year and half I think I may have pushed the boundaries a few times and damaged my unit. My unit used to turtle a lot and I'd never really understood it- since I've joined here and done my research it all makes sense. No permanent gains made.
Three weeks ago I started JP90' beginner routine (23/12/15)and I must say I am enjoying. Reading the success stories is what keeps me motivated and restores faith when I get frustrated with my unit tutrling now and again.
Routine.
Warm up in the shower 10minutes with complete focus on the down below area
stretches,kegals, circles and helicopter shakes. This 3rd week I have added in flaccid bends and will keep them in my stretching routine.
Wet jelqs 150 and Vjelqs 90 with a 4second rep
i have started edging but finding it difficult to keep an erection with no porn.
cool-down - 2 minutes cold damp cloth wrapped around penis.
i have also been performing a few bed fowfers just to get used to them but not working with no real routine there yet. Reverse kegals I do throughout day 100reps (balanced it out because I perform 100 kegals during the stretching) do you guys think this is enough for kegals?
