Gentlemen, I have started this log to track my progress and keep my training clearly accounted.
On the first measurement date my PE consisted of ADS hanging of a lock.

I was having some ED issues combinded with low T. I was looking for a number of solutions.
I'm overweight but have been working on it.
To date I am down from 262 to the low 230's.
My weight tends to fluxuate about 4 pounds on any given day.
I have at least a 2" fat pad.
I am taking a ton of supplements.

L-Arginine and L-Citruline

After these measurements I continued to try to work on my ED issues with jelquing and at the same time I plateaued.
I Added bundled stretches and mandingos to my routine.
My ED continued but I was gaining in BPFSL but my BPEL was not moving.
Upon more reading I came across TGE theory and Donttakeciprol's thread on red light therapy.
Last week I quit hanging.
I diagnosed via the TGC theory that smooth muscle is my issue.
I moved to squeezes, ulis, and erect dry jelques.
I also bought a small 640nm infrared flashlight and began doing a few minutes a side each night.
As soon as I made the change I woke up to decent morning wood.
Around a 7-8.
Erections don't feel tight but they are better than anything I've had in a while except for ones with a very tight cock ring.
My cock ring girth runs very close to and sometimes over 6"
Today is a break day.
I measure on Sundays.
Here are my measurements.
My Erection was measured with a cock ring.
My erection was not really that full today.
I guess my dick is tired.
I'm surprised by the gains to say the least.
With my fat pad my dick looks no where this big.
More weight has to be lost.
That's the long view.
Any how here are today's measurement.
I'm very close to the fabled 8"
I guess with my fat pad it would need to be a lot longer to look "Big"
