    Gentlemen, I have started this log to track my progress and keep my training clearly accounted.
    On the first measurement date my PE consisted of ADS hanging of a lock.
    See my photos.
    I was having some ED issues combinded with low T. I was looking for a number of solutions.
    I'm overweight but have been working on it.
    To date I am down from 262 to the low 230's.
    My weight tends to fluxuate about 4 pounds on any given day.
    I have at least a 2" fat pad.
    I am taking a ton of supplements.
    Zinc
    L-Arginine and L-Citruline
    *********
    Flower pollen
    Pygeum and saw palmetto.
    Boron.

    My erect measurements are with a cock ring due to ED

    After these measurements I continued to try to work on my ED issues with jelquing and at the same time I plateaued.
    I Added bundled stretches and mandingos to my routine.
    My ED continued but I was gaining in BPFSL but my BPEL was not moving.
    Upon more reading I came across TGE theory and Donttakeciprol's thread on red light therapy.
    Last week I quit hanging.
    I diagnosed via the TGC theory that smooth muscle is my issue.
    I moved to squeezes, ulis, and erect dry jelques.
    I also bought a small 640nm infrared flashlight and began doing a few minutes a side each night.
    As soon as I made the change I woke up to decent morning wood.
    Around a 7-8.
    Erections don't feel tight but they are better than anything I've had in a while except for ones with a very tight cock ring.
    My cock ring girth runs very close to and sometimes over 6"
    Today is a break day.
    I measure on Sundays.
    Here are my measurements.
    My Erection was measured with a cock ring.
    My erection was not really that full today.
    I guess my dick is tired.
    I'm surprised by the gains to say the least.
    With my fat pad my dick looks no where this big.
    More weight has to be lost.
    That's the long view.
    Any how here are today's measurement.
    I'm very close to the fabled 8"
    I guess with my fat pad it would need to be a lot longer to look "Big"

    Measurement day.
    New stats.
    I have been working the TGC theory and it is helping me.
    I have reduced the difference between my BPFSL and BPEL.
    I am clamping every other day for 3-10 minute intervals with a 5 minute break between.
    I am also doing squezes while clamped.

    New stats are
    BPFSL 8.5"
    BPEL 8-1/8

    Girth measurements haven't really changed much.
    I am still taking the full range of supplements and have added a 24 hour cycle of fasting to my life.
    This boost HGH which I am hoping will help me loose weight.
    The first fast I did I lost 5 pounds.

      I haven't been measuring but I have been doing Clamping session.
      I am stretching lightly while clamped.
      15 minutes 3-5 sets.
      1-2 days on and at least a day off.
      Depends on my PI's
      The reason I have switched from my other routine is because I read about the TGC theory and my BPFSL is anywhere from half to three quarters of an inch longer than my BPEL.
      If I can get that gap to close I will be close to my length goal.
      And then can focus on girth if that's what I want.

        I really should update this more.
        I have moved to a combination of chemical PE and hanging and clamping.
        I am putting DMSO in my urethra and on my shaft.
        I wait 10 minutes and then hang 15 pounds for 3, 10 minute sets down, and then both sides.
        I warm up between each set.
        Then I clamp for 3 or 4, 10 minute sets.

        Post hang I can stretch my BPFSL to just over 9"
        Tonight 7 hours after both hanging and clamping I stretched BPFSL to 8-3/4"
        My MSG was 5.5" and my BG was just shy of 6"

        This seems to be working well.
        I will try to keep the log more consistent.
        But for anyone who doubts PE works. I'm here to tell you it does you just have to find the PE that's right for you to grow.

          I've been away for a week and have taken a break.
          Also I have started a 6 week doctor prescribed cycle of clomid for low T.
          I feel better.
          My dick seems to have gotten shorter.
          But I have been clamping.

          My routine right now is DMSO inside and out.
          Today I hung 15 pounds at 4 sets by 10 minutes.
          Great stretch.
          Now I am wearing an ADS lock.

              ADS for 4 hours
              1X20 pounds 15 minutes and 2X15 pounds 15 minutes and then 3 10 minute clamping sessions.

                Hang for 4-15 minute sessions.
                Clamped for 3-15 minute sessions, Heat between all sessions except did a cold compress at the end to see if collegen would stay lengthened.
                Doesn't seem so have an effect.
                I am changing how I am measuring and am measuring shorter but its a more precise measurement with a dowel rod.

                  No DMSO today.
                  Hanging 4X15 minutes with heat at the beginning, between and at the end.
                  First and last set were 15 pounds 2 middle sets were 20 pounds.
                  I hang laying down so it definitely pulls on my ligs.

                    Hang 4 sets one at 20 pounds 20 minutes.
                    One at 20 pounds for 20 minutes and had to reduce weight due to fatigue after 10 minutes.
                    Reduced to 15 pounds.
                    The last two sets were 15 pounds at 15 minutes.
                    Heat between each set.
                    Ice pack for cool down to set collagen in place.

                              Did 7 sets today.
                              4 in the morning straight up over the back of a chair.
                              20 pounds for 20 minutes.
                              Then 3 sets laying down to the 6 Oclock angle 15 pounds for 20 minutes.
