    I always had a small dick, the women I had sex with never complained, but never complimented either.
    In 2007 I learned about PEing and did some occasional jelqing in the shower on and off. I may have gained a little lenght in that period, but I'm not sure due to lack of consistent measurement. I was still a little skeptical about it, but this year, I decided to get serious and almost a month into the year, working out almost everyday, I am conviced after having gained almost half an inch!

    This is the workout I've selected: JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine.
    I'm going to stick to it until I see my gains slowing down.

      Seeing some lenght gains. I am extremely happy this thing works!
      My goal is to be BPEL 5.5" by carnival (feb 15th).

        Carnival is here and I almost reached my carnival goal! Right now my BPEL is 5.4"
        I am doing workouts 5 days in and 2 days off. I've noticed I gain the most in the first day in.

            Hey Antonio, Im doing JP routine for around 80 days. and I've grown from 4.7" to 5.5" in this period.

                Since I wasn't experiencing any growth in march, I took a one week decon break. Maybe it wasn't enough time for a decon break.
                If I don't get any growth until the end of the month, I will take april off from PE. Maybe then I will have more time to go to the gym, the one where you exercise the muscles.

                Anyway, I am very happy that I discovered PE! Its been only 3 months, but now I consider my dick almost average size. I am not that tall (5'7") and I'm slim/athletic (Bruce lee style), so my dick looks proportional to my body size. Along with going to the gym and gaming girls, I think PE is for life and I foresee a very good future for me, in terms of banging more girls of greater quality, and filming more homemade porn.

                  After my month long decon break, I started PEing again, I've incorporated some girth exercises and started seeing growth again.

                  My current routine consists of:
                  -Warm-up in the shower
                  -Strech while doing 25 kegels, then strech rotating clockwise 10 times and anticlockwise 10 times, then 10s of helicopter shakes. (repeat this 5 times, each time the strech is in a different direction)
                  -Jelq 50 reps in each direction (out, up, down, left, right)
                  -50 V-jelqs
                  -3 Uli 30s reps
                  -15s Flaccid bends (2 reps for each direction)
                  -Masturbate edging for 20-30min and ejaculate. (not really disciplined here, I try to enjoy myself)
                  -Warm-down. I sit in the toilet and with a bottle filled with warm water, I clean myself while warming down.

                  This routine is done on weekdays. Weekends are day-offs, but if I dont get any sex, I masturbate.

                  This is my month by month growth record:
                  01/jan/2010: BPEL: 4.7" x EG: 4.1"
                  01/feb/2010: BPEL: 5.1" x EG: 4.1"
                  01/mar/2010: BPEL: 5.5" x EG: 4.3"

                      After returning from my month long april decon break, I measured gains in the first week back to pe. After that, my size remained constant for 3 weeks, even with the more advanced exercises i have put in.
                      In the last week, I stopped using underwear, and noticed my flaccid hang is bigger and heavier. I hope this positive PI translates to erect gains in the future.

                        The weather is cold in my city right now, and it gets uncomfortable being naked in my bedroom. For that reason, I'm not PEing constantly this month. Im only doing some jelks for maintenance. My size remains the same. As soon as Spring starts, I expect to restart PEing with more commitment.

                          Im back to PE, after 2 years off, i want to get serious again. Maybe I can experience the same newbie gains as I did 2 years back. I will start measuring in cm.

                          As of today, i have measured BPEL 12.5 cm pre workout and 13.5 post workout
