I have started up another "JP90" routine after experimenting with hanging and deciding it's better to be safe than to be sorry.
I am currently on day 36 of this routine, so I will tell you where I started at and what I have been doing for 36 days...
I started a hanging and jelqing routine on December 27th, 2015. I continued this for 2 weeks as follows: 4 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 1 day off, then to "JP90".

I follow the routine exactly as it is laid out to the best of my ability.
I count to 30 rotations when doing Helicopters.
When I Jelq, I do not like to count so I put the timer on for 4min Wet Jelqing, and 2min V Jelqing (3 sets back to back, no stopping, total of 18min Jelq sesh).
Ending with the same 8min Warm up.
I usually masturbate afterwards every other workout...I try not to masturbate more than 45mins. After I cum, I record a rating for my erection (1-10).
I am trying to workout 5 days on, 2 days off.
