  • Another "JP90"

    Hi all, I have decided I should post my experience because either these penis workouts actually work or my dick has not stopped growing on its own yet... either way I am pleased.

    I have started up another "JP90" routine after experimenting with hanging and deciding it's better to be safe than to be sorry.

    I am currently on day 36 of this routine, so I will tell you where I started at and what I have been doing for 36 days...

    I started a hanging and jelqing routine on December 27th, 2015. I continued this for 2 weeks as follows: 4 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 1 day off, then to "JP90".

    My cock was 7.75" BPEL & 6.5" BEG when I started. Now it is 8" BPEL & 6.75" BEG. So in one month I gained .25" all around.

    My hanging routine consisted of a warm up where I kept my dick in a jar of hot water for 8min while also in a hot shower. Then followed 2 sets of stretching under 2.5lbs for 15mins per set, with a 10min rest/massage period in between, followed by 10mins of underhand wet jelqing and 125 kegels. Then I massaged my nuts for a couple minutes and pulled my glans away from my nuts 25 times.... then I warmed down the same way I warmed up.

    This was a very intense workout and I do not reccomend this at all for beginners, but I do intend to go back to it after the "JP90" is complete.

    Now my "JP90" routine starts with the same 8min warm up in the shower with the jar...
    I follow the routine exactly as it is laid out to the best of my ability.
    I count to 30 rotations when doing Helicopters.
    When I Jelq, I do not like to count so I put the timer on for 4min Wet Jelqing, and 2min V Jelqing (3 sets back to back, no stopping, total of 18min Jelq sesh).

    Ending with the same 8min Warm up.

    I usually masturbate afterwards every other workout...I try not to masturbate more than 45mins. After I cum, I record a rating for my erection (1-10).

    I am trying to workout 5 days on, 2 days off.

    Today's workout was fantastic! Good flaccid when stretching and good blood flow when jelqing. It all felt right. Perhaps publicly posting gave me a boost in motivation and focus.

    It is day 2 of 5 in a row. I did a light force workout today. I usually start light on day 1 of 5 and increase intensity to day 3 being the most intense, then decrease intensity again to day 5 of 5. So days 1 and 5 are light workouts, and day 3 is most intense, 2 days rest in between day 5 and day 1...

    BTW I appreciate any and all feedback! I am still learning and I want to get the best results with the least risk. I certainly cannot do this alone.... Help me grow!

    I plan to update here on a regular basis, but now it's time to get some sleep...

      Wednesday was intense, I felt a little sore on the right side at the base, so I took yesterday off to recover . I find breaks to be very helpful.

      Tonight after work, I am going to do a light workout.

        Day 40) 2/6/16: rest day

        Day 41) 2/7/16: Normal light workout in the afternoon. -- I had incredible erections at night, masturbated 4 times! All with 10 out of 10 erections...maybe even 10+ I mean my penis was mega hard and throbbing...very good sign.

        2/8/16: I did 125 kegels at breakfast, and 125 kegels at lunch. I usually do 125 kegels three times a day (at meal times), every other day. I will continue with another standard light workout today. My penis is probably fatigued after all that stroking yesterday. The goal is to take a day off from masturbation today. I want to give my penis time to recover.

        I'm considering measuring my penis at the half way mark (45 days).

        Weekly report:
        my schedule was as follows this week-- 3 days on, 1 day off, 1 day on, 1 day off, 1 day on. I am shooting for 5 days on and 2 days off. Very good erection quality this week. Strong ejaculations. My penis definitely feels thicker and harder. I hope I am gaining more length because I already have a really fat penis and length is my current focus.

          NOTE: The part of my penis just behind my balls (Gooch?) has been twitching uncontrollably this morning. It does not feel bad, but it is slightly distracting. I will keep observing this.

            Day 43) 2/9/16: Regular routine at night. Intense stretching and light jelqs. Stretching felt very good.

            Day 44) 2/10/16: Regular routine.

            Day 45) 2/11/16: Rest Day. I kinda want to measure but it is close to my last measuring day. I'll wait for now..

            Day 46)
            2/12/16: Regular routine at night. I'm getting a better grip on the helicopters, which in turn helps with stretching. I stand for these to get a full circle swing going. I sit for the stretch with kegels, then stand again for rotaries, again because I find I can make a better circle standing. Moderate workout overall..

            I bought a Fleshlight, and let me tell you these things are amazing. I had one before a few years ago and loved it, but I beat on it pretty hard and I think I stretched it out, so I threw it out. I recieved my new one today and tried it out on my lunch break (I was really horny, I came in 5 minutes...which is rare for me, I usually last at least 45mins...).
            After my workout, I used the Fleshlight again. I think this will help my gains because I cant last as long in it and my penis isn't working as hard, so I don't think I will overwork it like I can sometimes with my hands on deathgrip

              NOTE: I want to comment on the Fleshlight again... I think it might help me reduce the amount of porn I watch...this is good...I will keep keep observing.
              Also, for my warm up, I was putting my dick in a jar of hot water, this is a good warm up, but now I am using the Fleshlight case, which is lighter and longer, and overall much better for my warm up and warm down. It WAS meant for a cock to go inside it after all...

                Day 47) 2/13/16: normal routine in the afternoon. I did this on an empty stomach and I don't think I would reccommend that. It made me more flaccid which kind of was good for stretching but made jelqing difficult.

                  SO it looks like tomorrow I am taking a rest day because I couldn't really stay hard this morning. I got off, but my dick was not up to par.

                    Day 49) 2/15/16: Rest Day

                    Day 50) 2/16/16: Rest Day. I need motivation. Something happened and my erections have been poor. Perhaps I'm overworked? I feel like giving up. Plus my girl said that my dick is so big that it hurts to have sex with me, and we have been fucking way less often...

                    Day 52) 2/18/16: Rest Day. I'm going to take more rest days. I think I may have been going at it too hard. I will do light and slow workouts until I see an improvement...things were going so well and now it seems they aren't, I am impatient.

                        Day 55) 2/21/16: Regular routine. Afternoon. Light Workout. Slow. I really eased up on the intensity. I think I have made the water too hot before, so today I lowered the temperature.

                        Day 56) 2/22/16: Regular routine. Afternoon. Light, "JP90" workout. Slow! Less intensity and slowed down, really does work better right now. I will continue.

                        Day 57) 2/23/16: Regular routine. Light workout. Slow! Day four in a row. Definitely contine with light & slow workouts. Shooting for four days on, two days off.

                        Day 58) 2/24/16: Rest Day. Excellent erections, I feel like I could PE tomorrow, but I will stick to the plan and rest.

                        Day 59) 2/25/16: Rest day. I wanted to touch my penis all day. Will pick up PE tomorrow. And will shoot for 4 days. Tomorrow is 2/3 of the JP90!

                            Day 64) 3/1/16: Regular Routine in the afternoon. Light, slow, still not a real fan of this KY. Helicopters @ 40 reps. OVerall good workout, but I forgot to massage my nuts!

                            Day 65) 3/2/16: Rest day. I felt a sharp pain when peeing. Could be because I forgot to massage my balls, or I just need a break.

                            Day 66) 3/3/16: Regular routine in afternoon. No pain. Slow, light, more used to the KY. Remembered to massage the boys. OVerall good.

                            Day 67) 3/4/16: Regular routine in afternoon. No pain. Slow, light, Penis got very hard while jelqing. Remembered to massage the jewels. Very horny towards the end.
