    Logging the progress and how I feel daily.

    Stretching:

    10 minute warm up in shower
    3 sets of 2 minutes SLS
    2 sets of 1 minute A stretch
    2 sets of 1 minute downward stretch
    2 sets of 30 second side stretches (left and right)
    40 fast circle rotations
    2-3 hours with ESL40 ADS

    Girth:

    10 minute warm up in shower
    30 squeezes
    5 minute slow wet jelqs
    1-2 hours with ESL40 ADS

    Notes:

    -Girth work felt amazing
    -Liked the SLS a lot. I was getting used to the positioning and everything so I wasn't that effective on it.
    -A stretches, downward stretches and side stretches felt amazing.

    Notes:

    -Felt an amazing inner lig stretch doing SLS.
    -Masturbated an hour before stretching just to relieve sexual tension.
    -Masturbate 2-3x a week.
    -Stopped using the ESL40 because I feel like it caused my red spots on the skin of my penis.
    -Had good morning wood and more thicker penis in the morning.
    -Girth session went well.

      Rest Day

      Notes:

      -Woke up with great morning wood.
      -EQ 10/10. Lasted for a good 10-15 minutes.
      -Penis feels plump.
      -Red dots going away slowly. Must have been from the ESL40 ADS.
      -Tried edging but reached PONR. Felt terrible after but didn't let it effect me that much.

        -Stretching and girth done.
        -Stretching session was awesome. Loving the SLS and getting less skin burn and focusing more on pulling my leg to keep a constant tension.
        -Girth work was alright. Squeezes were amazing. Jelqs felt off.
        -Woke up with great hard night wood.
        -Woke up with great morning wood.
        -Edged for 1-2 minutes.
        -Red dots seem to be going away.
        -Penis feels great.

          -Had good night/morning wood.
          -No morning wood but woke up consecutively with hard wood.
          -Thinking of keeping the squeezes at 35-40 reps until I get more conditioned.
          -Felt longer when stretching.
          -Flaccid length looks longer when taking a warm shower.
          -Girth done. 35 squeezes felt great

            Rest Day

            Notes:

            -Woke up with great morning wood.
            -35 squeezes will be my maximum until I can take more.
            -2 days without playing with my friend. Will probably release tomorrow or the day after.
            -Increased horniness.

              -Didn't wake up with wood but got a hard on immediately after waking up.
              -Masturbated and didn't measure but looked way girthier and maybe a little more length. Squeezes are working!
              -Stretching session was awesome!
              -Tried squeezes at a lower erection level.
              -Felt like masturbating affects my PE workout but its better to do on a workout day rather than a rest day.
              -Will incorporate my ESL40 soon.

                Girth:

                10 minute warm up in shower

                Notes:

                -Stretching was awesome. Felt nearly no skin stretch.
                -Increased time slightly.
                -Had a nocturnal ejaculation. No dream just woke up to wet boxers.
                -Girth done. Bumped squeezes up 5 to 40.
                -Squeezes felt good.
                -Looking forward to my rest day tomorrow. My buddy deserves it.

                    7-8 minute warm up in shower
                    40 squeezes

                    Notes:

                    -Woke up with wood. My wood has never been this consistent.
                    -Jerked off because I was horny.
                    -Stretching session was intense and felt amazing.
                    -Girth to come later.
                    -Incorporating ESL40 next week.
                    -Will probably lower intensity since these red dots won't go away.
                    -Girth session was good.

                      Notes:

                      -Had phone sex. Was good.
                      -Decided to try a 1 day on 1 off.
                      -Red dots finally are very minimal.

                      Notes:

                      -Put on the ADS today.
                      -Stretching was nice. Tried to keep a nice soft grip without losing tug.
                      -Lowered some exercises to see whether I would get red spots.
                      -Lowered girth work to base my routine more around the tunica since it's my limiting factor.
                      -Will try not to masturbate for 5 days.
