What's up fellas TightFit89 here. I am basically a newb to this whole PE thing and starting out on a 3 month program. I experimented a few years back with some jelqs but did not do my due diligence and did them at ~100%, which as you might expect led to some pain and bruising. This time around I am taking a smarter approach and have soaked in a great deal of info from the beginner threads. I also have spent a ton of time reading just about every page from the success stories thread and I am more pumped than ever to make my own gains. I am in great shape ~6% BF, 6 pack, etc. etc. and plan to mentally incorporate my PE work into my broader fitness regimen, which should help me stick to my plan.
Here's the rundown of my beginning stats, goals, and plan for the next 90 days.
Beginning Stats:
BPEL: 6.75"

My main focus is going to be getting that girth up and so my routine will favor girth moves. I am expecting that I will see length gains too though, simply through jelqs and v-jelqs and such. It's not that I am extremely unhappy with the size of my member. Length-wise I actually feel pretty good about it. The thing is, the past few girls I have dated have been super tight and I have filled them up pretty easily. My new(ish) gf is amazing and I love the girl, but shes just not quite as tight down there as the others. My goal is to grow a schlong that fills her up. Additionally, porn has mentally made me a little down on my girth due to the subconscious and conscious comparisons that I can't quite help.
My Routine
I started my routine back on 2/11, but wanted to get about a week in before starting a log. Here's the basic rundown of my plan for the first 90 days.
Plan is for 2 days off, 1 day off. I'll measure once per month.
0. Throughout the day - Kegels and Reverse Kegs min 50 reps each @ 3 seconds
1. Warmup with warm towel (10 min)
2. Light stretches with 30 kegels @ 3 second hold (3-5 min)
3. Jelq 50 reps @ ~50-60%, 5 seconds each
4. V-jelq 30 reps @ ~50-60%, 3 seconds each
5. Squeeze 15 reps @ ~50-60%, 10 seconds each
6. Repeat 3-5 for 3 rounds
7. Finish with edging for 10-30 minutes depending on how I'm feeling. No cumming (saving that shit for the gf). Sometimes the edging will have to wait until later in the day bc I do this in the morning but I have to get to the library and class fairly early, so I'm time constrained.
Progress so far:
I am 6 days in so far. My first 2 "on" days I did only 1 round of jelqs, v jelqs, and squeezes and edged for 30 minutes. My 3rd and 4th on days I did 2 rounds and edged and also felt great the next day. I did this to make sure I could handle that kind of workload and I am looking forward to ramping up to 3 rounds tomorrow.
Edging.... holy shit. That is an intense experience. My little buddy was throbbing swollen after 30 minutes of that. I spent most of my sessions visualizing my future 8.75x6.5 guy and it really helped (actually turned me on a bit haha). I will definitely get in as much edging as time allows.
Conclusion:
It feels good to get this thing started. I am looking forward to hopefully starting strong with some newbie gains. Let's do this.
