    What's up fellas TightFit89 here. I am basically a newb to this whole PE thing and starting out on a 3 month program. I experimented a few years back with some jelqs but did not do my due diligence and did them at ~100%, which as you might expect led to some pain and bruising. This time around I am taking a smarter approach and have soaked in a great deal of info from the beginner threads. I also have spent a ton of time reading just about every page from the success stories thread and I am more pumped than ever to make my own gains. I am in great shape ~6% BF, 6 pack, etc. etc. and plan to mentally incorporate my PE work into my broader fitness regimen, which should help me stick to my plan.

    Here's the rundown of my beginning stats, goals, and plan for the next 90 days.

    Beginning Stats:

    BPEL: 6.75"
    NBPEL: 6"
    MSEG: 5'
    LSEG: 4.75'

    90 day goals:
    BPEL: 7.25"
    NBEL: 6.5"
    MSEG: 5.25'
    LSEG: 5.00'

    1 year goals:
    BPEL: 7.75"
    NBPEL: 7"
    MSEG: 6"
    LSEG: 5.75

    Lifetime Goals:
    BPEL: 8.75
    NBEL: 8
    MSEG: 6.5
    LSEG: 6.5

    My main focus is going to be getting that girth up and so my routine will favor girth moves. I am expecting that I will see length gains too though, simply through jelqs and v-jelqs and such. It's not that I am extremely unhappy with the size of my member. Length-wise I actually feel pretty good about it. The thing is, the past few girls I have dated have been super tight and I have filled them up pretty easily. My new(ish) gf is amazing and I love the girl, but shes just not quite as tight down there as the others. My goal is to grow a schlong that fills her up. Additionally, porn has mentally made me a little down on my girth due to the subconscious and conscious comparisons that I can't quite help.

    My Routine
    I started my routine back on 2/11, but wanted to get about a week in before starting a log. Here's the basic rundown of my plan for the first 90 days.

    Plan is for 2 days off, 1 day off. I'll measure once per month.
    0. Throughout the day - Kegels and Reverse Kegs min 50 reps each @ 3 seconds
    1. Warmup with warm towel (10 min)
    2. Light stretches with 30 kegels @ 3 second hold (3-5 min)
    3. Jelq 50 reps @ ~50-60%, 5 seconds each
    4. V-jelq 30 reps @ ~50-60%, 3 seconds each
    5. Squeeze 15 reps @ ~50-60%, 10 seconds each
    6. Repeat 3-5 for 3 rounds
    7. Finish with edging for 10-30 minutes depending on how I'm feeling. No cumming (saving that shit for the gf). Sometimes the edging will have to wait until later in the day bc I do this in the morning but I have to get to the library and class fairly early, so I'm time constrained.

    Progress so far:
    I am 6 days in so far. My first 2 "on" days I did only 1 round of jelqs, v jelqs, and squeezes and edged for 30 minutes. My 3rd and 4th on days I did 2 rounds and edged and also felt great the next day. I did this to make sure I could handle that kind of workload and I am looking forward to ramping up to 3 rounds tomorrow.

    Edging.... holy shit. That is an intense experience. My little buddy was throbbing swollen after 30 minutes of that. I spent most of my sessions visualizing my future 8.75x6.5 guy and it really helped (actually turned me on a bit haha). I will definitely get in as much edging as time allows.

    Conclusion:
    It feels good to get this thing started. I am looking forward to hopefully starting strong with some newbie gains. Let's do this.

    Welcome, and great first post!
    Sounds as though you have done your due diligence in reading, researching, planning, etc.
    Good job!

    One thing I wish to note is your plan to complete 3 sets of #3-5.....
    3. jelq 50 reps @ ~50-60%, 5 seconds each
    4. V-jelq 30 reps @ ~50-60%, 3 seconds each
    5. Squeeze 15 reps @ ~50-60%, 10 seconds each
    6. Repeat 3-5 for 3 rounds

    I would likely strive to more slowly work my way up to that level, rather than attempting to "start" at that level one week in.......

      Hey and thanks for the feedback fossil head. I do have a tendency to jump into things full speed so that advice is probably spot on. 2 rounds at that set/rep scheme felt really good so perhaps I'll stay there for the first month and consider moving up to 3 rounds at that time. Think that's pretty reasonable or would you advise going even easier than that?

        If it felt good and you have experienced no negative PI's or unwanted 'after-effects' , then I think sticking at that level for a bit is fine, and a good idea!

          2/17 - off day

          Classes got cancelled today so I had some extra time on my hands and ended up doing a solid 30 minute edge session. Looked at some porn at the end of the session for some reason and ending up not being able to hold back.. I'm expecting better control to come with time and I realize I should stop looking at that crap. The session was great though and I skated the edge for a good 20 of those 30 min. Tried to take some "before" pics but damnit if it isn't impossible to take a BPEL pic, so I decided to forgo the pics. I will say that at the end of the session I was already above the 6.75 I started with which was cool, but I'm not counting that as an official measurement. Onward!

            2/18 (Day 8) - on day

            Good workout today.

            Warmup 10 min hot towel
            Stretches all direction while kegeling
            50 wet jelqs at 4 sec
            30 v jelqs
            15 squeezes
            Repeated jelqs, v jelqs and squeezes twice each
            Ended with 20, 5 second jelqs
            About another minute of stretches and kegs
            Warm down in the shower

            Felt good overall. No time to edge now. Had sex twice last night but EQ was shit. Maybe an 8 max. Probably because I had had a few beers and came during edging yesterday afternoon. It was pretty frustrating tbh so I need to work on that.
            Will hopefully have time to edge tonight.

              Another solid session today. Did two rounds of jelqs, v jelqs and squeezes. Edged a bit at the end. Finally got the feel for v jelqs and I think it made a difference. Flaccid is hanging way lower.. To the point where I was uncomfortable for part of the day getting used to it being there. To me it makes sense that my flaccid is looking better since I do my work st 50% or so but I am doubting that will have an effect in my full erect state. I guess time will tell. Felt a very brief sharp pain after the session but haven't felt anything since (7 hours ago). Will keep an eye on it. Rest day tomorrow so that should help.

                Rest day yesterday. Good session again this morning. Still only doing two rounds of jelqs, v jelqs and squeezes and still feeling good. Edged afterwards for 20 min.

                  Good session today. Did three rounds of jelqs, v jelqs and squeezes. Edged after but just could not not come. Still working on that self control. Practice makes perfect, hopefully.

                      2/24 evening - did some extra jelqs ~100
                      2/25 - had a minor pain in the glans so only did jelqs this morning l, no squeezes. Did about 150. Edged for 10 min after. Seeing the gf tonight this guy is getting someeee

                        keep it up man. Good to see you aren't overdoing it. I'm also working PE into my fitness regimen, glad to see another bro into fitness too

                          Thanks for the encouragement man. Intertwining the two has been awesome so far. I write both workouts and PE workouts in the same notebook so I'm thinking that may make for an awkward conversation on day lol

                            2/26 - day 16
                            So I did a small experiment over the past few days. As I said in my first post I primarily want girth gains, so I measured girth immediately after a session of ~30 squeezes and also after a session of 50 slow wet jelqs. To my surprise, my midshaft girth in semi erect state post squeezing was still 5". After jelqs in was all the way up to 5.25". It wasn't super scientific but I think it did show that I'm getting a better pump with jelqs. Given that lesson, I've decided to change my routine to focus on jelqs only for now. I'm going to continue incorporating sets of 50-100 into my regular fitness workouts and also throw some sets of 50 in with showers and other daily activities so that I total about 200 a day in the beginning and ramping up to 300 as I become more conditioned. I think it will be a more effective workout and one that will make it even easier to do each day.

                              2/27 - day 17
                              Did about 250 wet jelqs today, 100 in the morning and 100 at about 5pm then another 50 at night. PIs are looking good, EQ is noticeably improved as well. I also did about 60 kegels throughout the day and edged after the evening session. 2 weeks away from my 1 month measurement!
