    It's been a month since I started PE, mainly stretching and jelqing. I've been very enthusiastic, I even felt like it grew a little, but today on my measuring day....nothing.

    I've been doing 3days on/ 1day off, I decided to keep it going for at least one more month but 2 days on/ 1 off.

    I'm looking for some encouragment, hoping for some "I didn't gain anything my first month, but in second month miracles happened....", and avices

    I really don't know what I might be doing wrong.

    Keep positive, the majority of first month gains are better EQ. I didn't get any gains until the second/third month. I think gains go in spurts.
    If its not broken, break it....rethink it, rebuild it better. If you are not, your competition is.
