    Hey guys...

    Today starts the day of me getting a bigger dong lol...

    Long story short I am a black man. I became sexually active at 16 and not to brag but have definitely had an easy time getting with the ladies. Only problem was, I was pretty average size. Started out around 5.9 to 6.1 NBPEL and maybe 6.5 BPEL. Girth was just shy of 5... As I'm sure you all know being African American comes with the stereotypes of loving fried chicken, kool aide and sadly having a big penis which for me wasn't the case, and in bed would be a disappointment to some of the girls I was with as I got older.

    I started PE October of last year following some simple jelq routines and then jp90. Now I'm starting the "Jelq Free" routine in hopes of reaching my main goal of being able to measure over 7 NBPEL CONSISTENTLY. And eventually 8 BPEL. As for girth anything between 5-6 is gonna be cool with me lol

    Starting measurements:
    7 BPEL
    5.1 MEG

    I don't plan on measuring NBPEL because I'm bulking up in weight and I know that measurement will be inconsistent.

    Routine today:
    15 min warm up with flax seed sock
    50 squeezes
    100 side to side stretches
    5 min warm down
    15 min edging

    I plan to up my reps as the program goes on and I'm going to measure once a week or every 2 weeks haven't decided yet.

    Gonna give it my all anyone who decides to follow I plan to post regularly

    Short term goal: 7.5 BPELx5.5 MEG
    Long term goal: 8.5 BPELx6MEG

    Also as far as today's workout went..

    It was great! Definitely felt good and I found that the squeeze really blew me up in girth and kept me plump. I also just started taking L arginine as a pre workout and while edging I've never seen my unit so big. Especially the head! Tomorrow rest day as I'll be on a one day on one day off split. I know it's going to be like my gym rest days, I'm gonna want to workout!' But I'll resist the urge

        The jelq free routine is a great one. I normally hang, but when I'm unable to because of time, privacy, etc. I always use the jelq-free routine to take its place. Your measurements are above average, and your length right now is pretty big.

        I also wouldn't measure that often. I would say the MOST often you should measure is every month. Measuring every week or two weeks will probably start to discourage you because gains usually don't come that quickly.

            Thanks partner. I know I'm no longer small but like I said in my short story just not content yet!

                      So first rest day today... Want to workout lol. Guess I'll have to just work my legs not my unit. Plan on kegeling and that's about it.

                      I am a huge weight lifter with a football background. Lifting heavy is a passion of mine and now with dedicated PE I'm working even more muscles then before lol

                        Well something very odd happened to me..

                        I was in the shower and decided to just warm up in there like I did in the past. I did some circle stretches and some other penis stretches in the shower. However I don't think I went as light as I should have. I pulled on it a bit as well. Afterwards I got my flax seed sock and put it in the microwave just to warm up a bit more before starting

                        I was getting ready to start my squeezes and noticed that I couldn't get hard at all! So very weird. And the inside of my penis felt some what hard but not like a hard flaccid. i turned on some porn and still couldn't get hard. Very weird

                        I kept my cool and decided to take an hour eat some food and watch TV. Then I tried to get hard and I had no problem so I edged but I found my EQ not to be crazy high like usual.

                        I ended up not doing any squeezes or stretches and I'll give it another try tomorrow

                          New day
                          After that slip up yesterday I completed another workout. Can't say I'm too happy with it. Squeezes weren't as good as day 1 however stretches were just as good if not better.

                          Edged for about 10-15 min after to some porn and pics and EQ wasn't crazy good but enough to get a good amount of blood in. Gonna rest tomorrow and see how I feel Saturday if I want to workout. If not I might just wait till Monday and start over.

                            50 squeezes may be too mich to start with, affecting your EQ. I think Big Al advicates starting with 10 and adding a few every workout or 2 and work your way to 50.
                            I think I'd take a few days off till your erections get back to normal, and then start back but with just 10 for a while.

                              Thanks for the reply. My squeezes felt amazing the first time and I saw nothing but positive PIs. I think what screwed me up was the tugging I did in the shower a little to recklessly that made my lil guy want to "hide" every thing is back to normal but I will probably decrease the squeezes the next few days
