    Hi guys,

    I'm starting PE today and here I will track my progress. I'm a doctor and so I am not really interested in anything that isn't backed by peer reviewed research and has a scientific basis and I am going to be meticulous about my routine and measurements. I hope this approach will be of interest to you guys!

    Motivation:

    My primary motivation is simply self-improvement. I don't have any penis insecurity at 6.25"ish (pics to come in my gallery) and thicker than average, and I have been told by a number of women that I'm the best they've ever had in bed, BUT... Why stop there when you can possibly improve yourself further?

    Sex is a big big part of my life and I love the psychology of it, in the case of penis size this is primarily where I see the benefit of being larger. Anatomically there is little reason to want to be anything other than average and studies back that up. However, the visual effect of a large penis is undeniable, not to mention the confidence boost for ourselves.

    So my primary motivation is to visibly enlarge my penis so that it appears to women as being "big" rather than just average. Simple as that!

    Goals:

    Most of the peer reviewed studies into penis enlargement via. manual techniques come out with values of around 0.6-0.9" increase in length, however the anecdotal evidence here suggests that quite a bit more is possible. I have only seen a few clear before and after photos to back this up however, and so I'm going to set myself the following goals:

    • 6 months: 0.5" length
    ^^ Beyond this everything is a bonus ^^
    • 1 year: 1"
    • 2 years: 2"

    Whether or not the latter two goals are possible generally, and if so possible for me, I don't know, but i'm willing to try! Likewise any girth gains I will just consider a bonus.

    Method:

    I will be using a Penimaster Pro as I could only find an evidence base for "penis extenders" and not pumps. I'll be using the frame for about 3 hours a day and the belt during the night. I will also be jelqing, despite not having found any evidence for the efficacy, purely because it's.. free. 150 jelqs per day.

    Welcome . I believe the best evidence for pe giving you a bigger dick is pe giving you a bigger dick .

    Um you do realise however this is unlikely to be regarded as scientific or garner peer review ?

      Welcome to the gym!

      It sounds like you have a solid plan in place. Gains of two inches are possible, a few have reached it. However I would like to point out a few things to you. Gaining 0.6 - 0.9" with an ADS such as the Penismaster falls in line with the most that can be expected from one of these devices in my opinion. Gaining beyond that will require adding some manual exercises. Gaining two inches will require years of advanced exercises or hanging. The other thing is that your gains will not be linear as you goals have suggested. You will be running into the PE law of diminishing returns. Over time and as you gain your gains will begin to slow and you will need to work harder to achieve even smaller gains. This is the point that usually separates the men from the boys. Many will discontinue PE at this time, it involves too much time and work to see very small gains. The ones who persevere are the ones who will reach the two inch mark and beyond.
      To totally satisfy a woman sexually is not about having a large penis, it's about being a good lover.

            Welcome and I am excited that an empiricist has joined us! Everyone else has stated the important and relevant details to assist you. As someone who has done their very best to document a personal journey of wang enlargement, I think that your approach is excellent and every bit of proof about the efficacy of PE techniques is a boon for men everywhere.

                  Maybe so, but if the doc is truly objective he'll be able to prove PE to himself.

                  There are penis enlargement studies which have made it to the medical journals, though.

                    Welcome my friend, we are glad you took the time to join and equally happy that you are beginning your journey into PE. As a reminder, this is a marathon, and a journey. One that will not show immediate results, but more of a slow slog that in the beginning will tend to discourage instead of motivate. That is part of our function here, to help keep you on track with your training and keep you motivated with stories and experiences of a friendly community. Know that initially I lost length and had to rely on faith to continue my training. But it is not a faith thing anymore, my ruler shows me true results. Yours will as well, just make sure you devote enough time to give it a fair test. Best to you and see you around the forums!

                      He guys! Thanks for all the rest replies and advice! I think I will be a bit more structured about the manual techniques in that case because after all, it's free!

                      Oh and I'm not specialised, too junior still (28 years old).

                      Quick question about overnight extending with eg the penimaster, I've read that with the belt it's not advised against but just wanted to check if people here have 1) found it a benefit and 2) if they've had any issues with pain etc having suction on for that long?

                      I just don't think I'll be able to get to that 6-9 hour mark otherwise!

                        Totally understandable, given young doctors are "on call" and time is a premium. I don't use a penimaster, but a Phallosan Forte, but they have the same suction style of extension. I sleep in my PF with no problems whatsoever. Been doing so for 7 months to save time and get my hours in passively. The PF is extremely comfortable, too.

                          I have been using an extender for over four years and although I have gained only about an inch in length, I am more than happy with the results. I look forward to following your progress so please keep us updated.

                            An inch is actually amazing when you think about it really! The different between 4.5 and 5.5 is huge! Well done!

                              Good luck!
                              Hope you realize soon that PE is proven by US. There is no scientific research and study about it, because in PE theres no money for your career partners, pharmaceutical corporations. Spread the word around them about PE and nutrition. Although they will laugh at you.
