I'm starting PE today and here I will track my progress. I'm a doctor and so I am not really interested in anything that isn't backed by peer reviewed research and has a scientific basis and I am going to be meticulous about my routine and measurements. I hope this approach will be of interest to you guys!
Motivation:
My primary motivation is simply self-improvement. I don't have any penis insecurity at 6.25"ish (pics to come in my gallery) and thicker than average, and I have been told by a number of women that I'm the best they've ever had in bed, BUT... Why stop there when you can possibly improve yourself further?
Sex is a big big part of my life and I love the psychology of it, in the case of penis size this is primarily where I see the benefit of being larger. Anatomically there is little reason to want to be anything other than average and studies back that up. However, the visual effect of a large penis is undeniable, not to mention the confidence boost for ourselves.
So my primary motivation is to visibly enlarge my penis so that it appears to women as being "big" rather than just average. Simple as that!
Goals:
Most of the peer reviewed studies into penis enlargement via. manual techniques come out with values of around 0.6-0.9" increase in length, however the anecdotal evidence here suggests that quite a bit more is possible. I have only seen a few clear before and after photos to back this up however, and so I'm going to set myself the following goals:
• 6 months: 0.5" length
^^ Beyond this everything is a bonus ^^
• 1 year: 1"
• 2 years: 2"
Whether or not the latter two goals are possible generally, and if so possible for me, I don't know, but i'm willing to try! Likewise any girth gains I will just consider a bonus.
Method:
I will be using a Penimaster Pro as I could only find an evidence base for "penis extenders" and not pumps. I'll be using the frame for about 3 hours a day and the belt during the night. I will also be jelqing, despite not having found any evidence for the efficacy, purely because it's.. free. 150 jelqs per day.
