    So I just came across this forums and it seemed quite interesting for myself as I'm into sports, working out and overall healthy living.

    Started the JP-90 beginner program yesterday. Looking forward to the discipline and the results.

    DAY 1
    Stretch Left - 25 quick kegel count
    Clockwise 10x
    Anticlockwise 10x
    Stretch Right - 25 quick kegel count
    Clockwise 10x
    Anticlockwise 10x

    Repeat 3x

    50 Wet Jelqs
    30 V-jelqs

    Repeat 3x

    Did the same for DAY 2

    May I ask for a beginner your opinions on the overall routine?

    Do add anything else you want me to write down.

    I don't think I'm measuring it correctly though? I seem to see a large disparity for others NBPEL and BPEL but mine seems similar?

    Note. Will remeasure once I have the time.

    Noticed that I have absolutely zero arousal when doing stretches or jelqs which seem to be a good thing.

    Question:
    However during jelqs I find that I'm pulling along alot of the skin of the member as well (circumcised) is that normal?

      Hey Arcadium!

      Welcome to the Gym.

      I recommend you click on and read the Start button at top left of page Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

      Pick one of the beginners routines and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slow, and build up to the full routine over a few weeks time. Jelq with an erection level between 45% and 65% using a moderate grip, just enough to move blood up the shaft and to the glans. .

      Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone.Aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

      Don't forget to take good beginning measurements and photos so you have a solid base line to compare your future gains to.

      If you are in good shape and don't have much of a fat pad, the differential between bpel and nbpel may not be significant

          Weekends are off days.

          Positive PI in the sense of some crazy hard election at night before I sleep, maybe 10+ minutes.

          But seem to have less erections but maybe just because I'm more aware of them.

                Did a quick warm up helicopter shake session in a hot shower. Few minutes.

                Trimmed pubes as they get in the way when jelqing.

                Rest day.

                  No PIs so far, seems to be relatively normal, hopefully when I go for my first measure in it'll be positive.
