    First off I am not a newbie and have made some incredible gains throught not much more than a newbie routine in just over a year. My starting and current stats are:

    started:
    NBPEL=5.8"
    BPEL=6.1"
    EG(midshaft)=4.8"

    today:
    NBPEL=7.0
    BPEL=7.25"
    EG(midshaft)=5.4"

    Currently I am on a routine very similar to JP's beginner routine (btw Thanks JP!) but have adapted and tweaked it as gains slow down (follow my log for a more detailed layout of this routine).

      Currently I am running on a 5 on 2 off routine, however it has not always been that way I achieve most of my gains early with a 1 on 1 off routine. Right now most of my days consist of warm-up, stretching, jelqing, holds or ulis maybe some edging depending on the day. I have learned to be careful not to overtrain my penis and take it easy especially the day after a longer girth oriented type session. Wednesdays are usually what I call an "active rest" day as it is the easiest on the penis of all 5 work days and consist of jelquing less time with a lower erection and a longer warm-up and warm-down to get blow flowing and help with recovery.

      todays routine:
      (active-rest day)
      15 min warm-up
      2 sets 45 second stretches in all directions and BTC
      10 min jelqs at 30-50% erection level
      1 uli for 10 sec @ 80% erection
      15 min warm-down

        mid intensity day
        15 min warm-up
        3 set 45 second stretches in all directions
        15 min jelqs at 50-70% erection level
        3 ulis for 30 sec @ around 90% eq
        edging 20 min
        warm down

        I am putting a slight bit more emphasis on girth of late and this is a way of working up to a heavier more girth centered Friday routine, felt i had gained a bit during my edging session grabbed a ruler and I hit around 7.25" in NBPEL seems my routine has recently help me out of a slight plateu, never before have I come close to this mark. Now for noticeable gains in EG....

              Fridays routine:
              heavy day- girth emphasis
              15 min warm-up
              3 sets 30 secon stretches in all directions and BTC
              20 min jelqing mostly with > 80% EQ
              5 set 1 min uli > 80% EQ while keegaling blood in
              when hardness of uli subsides slow jelq at the end around 10 second in length
              20 min edging
              long warm down

              tomorrow is an off day, usually my flacid hangs pretty huge on off days, especially on the second day in a row. Be back monday with that days routine.

                Random Thoughts from the Week:

                So I finally ponied up and joined PE Gym, thank God its only a website and not a real gym, with the recent boom in popularity of edging I believe that an actually PE Gym would be very unsanitary place, and probably very crowded in early January and around spring break. I went to a concert last night and happened to notice the merch girls for one of the bands were also wives of two of the band members, come to findout that the band had recently signed a record contract, and I bet I know exactly were all that money went... Those girls' chests, yes massive boob jobs on such tiny women, I started to wonder how sound of an investment this was for a newly signed band. In this day and age its getting harder and harder for small bands to find huge success playing in small bars in medium sized towns, maybe it is a sound investment, does anyone know the silicone to dollar exchange rate?

                    The weekend is always off for me, though Im not sure I would have had time this weekend because of how eventful it was, but here is monday and I am determined as always to continue my routine.

                        Todays routine (Tuesday):
                        was in a bit of a time crunch today, opted for a short routine today
                        5 min warm-up
                        10 min various stretches
                        15 min jelqs at around 70% EQ

                        Thoughts on the day: today was supposed to be a slight ramp down from yesterday however due to time constraints I substituted a shorter, yet very effective routine (I recommend this to anyone who would like to squeeze in a quick session on a busy day). I am a bit dissapointed that I couldnt stick to my routine to a T however happy I got in the session, tomorrow is still planned to be my "active rest" day.

                            Flaccid this morning was pretty unbeleiveable (for me atleast) and the session went great, its been about a month since my last "official" measurements so I think I might take some on Monday (after 2 rest days) to see if I am consistantly at that 7" NBPEL, which was my original goal over a year ago, we will see Monday if I need to reset the bar higher. Currently I am focussing on girth and tha will also be interesting to see those measurements.

                              I am being careful to not over due it so I took a low intensity day to get a bit of blood moving and a bit of expansion as well, feeling good going into 2 consecutive off days.
