    Today is my first official day of PE. I've been lurking the forms and experimenting with exercises inconsistently for a few months, and now I've decided to measure up and make this a part of my life.

    My Initial Measurements:

    BPEL:7.12"
    EG:5.06"
    BPFSL: 6.69"
    FL: 4.56"
    FG: 4.00"

    LOT: 6:00
    (Left, right, up, straight out.)

    My Routine:

    Warm Up

    Measure BPFSL, Check PI
    Stretch for 25 one on, one off kegels in all directions but down. In between sets, pull straight out and do 10 circle stretches to the left, 10 to the right, then 20 Helicopter whirls.

    One V Jelq consists of one pull to each side, and one up.
    One Jelq consists of one pull from each hand, for 3-5 seconds.

    V Jelq 30

    Warm Down

    Optional edging for ~30 minutes.

    Yes, this is basically JP's routine, but I mostly am posting it for my own reference.

    Looks great, just remember, having consistency in your routine is vital. Good luck!

      Thanks for the advice!

      I just finished my first session. When I started off I found that I couldn't do the circle stretches too well, and I kept getting partial erections from them. After the first stretch I ended up giving up on it and proceeding without it. The stretches seemed awkward, but do-able. I really enjoyed my jelqs, I found them to really engorge my penis. My V jelqs, however seemed to not engorge my glans at all and I need to look into if I was doing them correctly. All and all, my flaccid girth and length increased roughly one whole inch each afterwards, a solid positive reinforcement for me. I'll have to see tomorrow that things are like.

        You're getting erect because, as far as your dick knows, you are masturbating. Eventually you'll get use to it. I still get a partial while doing the circle stretches.
        As with v-jelqs, you'll get it eventually... it took me about a month to get that down right.

          I get really motivated when I get words of wisdom from gainers, so thanks a lot for your post haha. I checked the video for the V-jelqs, I think I'll have a better session next time. I still don't know if I'm doing the circle stretches right. I'm guessing I'm supposed to move my penis around in a circle--close to my body--while keeping a stretch. That's just too hard, I can't keep an OK grip around my glans or anything sensible, so I feel like I'm doing them uneven as my grip falters throughout the movement. Any suggestions?

          Also I've been wondering. Post workout my flaccid penis is much larger, especially my glans. I liked it so I left my foreskin back so it would stay fuller for longer. When I have my foreskin over my glans I feel like my glans is being limited to it's space, and would be much larger otherwise. Why would something get bigger if it's constricted to a smaller size, is what I'm thinking. For instance when I get erections in jeans and I'm unable to roll my foreskin back, a lot less blood is able to flow to my penis, my glans especially, ultimately shitting on my EQ. Would this pose a negative effect to future gains?

          I would appreciate replies from anyone.

            Positive PIs, my BPFSL increased ~0.2", immediate gains from my stretching, so I did my session. I felt like I did my kegels stronger today and I was able to do some nice circle stretches, although I still have to wait for my erections to subdue between sides. My V-Jelqs were engorging my penis a lot more today, and I feel good about it. My post flaccid hang was almost as great as yesterdays, but is now turtling back to normal size quicker than yesterday. If my BPFSL goes down tomorrow, I will take a day off. Otherwise I think I'll take this as a neutral PI.

              Today I started off my day masturbating, and to my joy did I ejaculate twice as far as I ever have. And to my joy, had the pain of cleaning up my keyboard.

              Now I just finished my routine and I feel great. I was able to do my circle stretches, I found a great grip that is reproducible, so I feel content with them. My kegels feel stronger, and my jelqing went smoothly. All is well in the land of my penis. I added 30 side jelqs for my minor curve to the right and I tried a cooldown today, instead of warm down, while doing minor stretching. It felt nice, although after my flaccid hang wasn't amazing. That is all.

                I decided to take a day off today, mostly out of fear of over doing it. I have inconsistent morning woods, mostly because you get morning wood to stop yourself from urinating while sleeping, and I usually piss before bed. So I don't take it as a negative PI if I don't have one. But I do have a slight increased sensitivity in my frenulum probably from my gripping while stretching. Ever since my PE'ing start my flaccid size has increased, and because of this, my foreskin doesn't cover the tip of my penis anymore, so I think that is why my urethra is sensitive from the extra rubbing from clothes. All in all, I decided to play it safe. It's almost hard to stop, I love doing it so much already and it has only been days.

                Today I stumbled on some interesting information about the TGC theory and learned about my smooth muscle and tunica. Since my BPFSL is much lower than my BPEL, this means that my tunica is limiting my gains. I will leave my routine as is since I am unconditioned, but I will have to take this into account after the 90 days, and reevaluate myself for when I choose a more advanced routine.

                  I woke up eager to play with my dick. Not that I got the chance. All day. I worried throughout the day that I'd never get the time. Now I'm just finished comfortably past my bed time. It was a great session, although I was very impatient since I had a lack of privacy and I wanted to sleep. My jelqs felt great, I took them slow so even though I was impatient, they felt nice. I felt more relaxed as I was stretching, and I'm exciting to progress more into PE. I cut out some circle stretches since I was getting a little too erect while doing my kegels while stretching. I added a little testicular massage at the end, it felt weird when I moved anything around, but it felt great on my balls. It was an awkward sensation and I don't know if I like it. All in all, a great end to a long day.

                  After warming down I walk by a full length mirror naked every time, and my huge flaccid hang makes me wince with excitement and motivation. I can't wait for tomorrow.

                    BPFSL = 7.06"! A new high, I've broken the 7" mark, without a warm up. I did my routine quick and painless. I didn't kegel as much during my stretches since I kegelled while waiting for a doctors appointment today. I still was sure to relax my pelvic muscles by reverse kegelling, and it was a good stretch. Jelqs seem boring to me now, but progress isn't, so I did them.

                    I'm going to edge now for awhile, get some of this sexual energy out of me--I'm cringing with lust at anything worth fucking now.

                      Alright, back in the game... I did some light, mixed jelqing sessions due to lack of privacy. It's so annoying having to run from the bathroom with a towel and a bottle of lube without having to explain myself. I'm glad to start again, my flaccid hang was the reward I long missed at the end of the workout. I did some edging.. not for too long though. I didn't measure my BPFSL before my workout because I was sure I was rested enough after being off for a week, but I realize now it would've been an interesting number to see if it changed. Can't wait till tomorrow!

                        Another day at my personal gym. I'm getting extremely paranoid of my siblings, and it's messing with my jelq reps. I still feel like I did a good workout besides the lack of focus. My BPFSL is the same or possibly 1/16 longer then before my one week break.

                          I did my routine, I loved it. Circle stretches went smooth, no erections. I've subbed out V-Jelqs for my own playful spin on them. You take the regular jelq OK grip, flip it around so your pinky is away from you and open up the O in the OK. Then jelq focusing on the sides from the pressure from your index finger and thumb. I believe this exercise focuses on the side girth of the penis the same as the V-jelq, is more stable in movement, and has more maneuverability to get close to the base of the penis. So with that, I've subbed out all repetitions of V-jelqs with reverse grip jelqs.

                            The routine breezed through despite my injured shoulder, and I felt big when I was jelqing. Good sign. But now I've been waiting to warm down for ~20 minutes cause of someone else in the shower. Godddamnnt.

                              Today is my 20th day of PE, so I took some measurements.
                              BPEL:7.12"
                              EG:5.06"
                              BPFSL: 6.69"
                              FL: 4.56"
                              FG: 4.00"

                              BPEL = 7.18" I gained 0.06"
                              BPEG = 5.18" I gained 0.12"
                              BPFSL = 7.18" I gained 0.49"
                              FL = 5.06" I gained 0.50"
                              FG = 4.30" I gained 0.30"

                              I've gained a lot on my flaccid, and for that I'm proud. I sincerely think I misread 7 1/8th as my first measurement, but oh well. I think I need to hold my stretches longer to have more EL gains. All in all, for 20days, and a week break in between those days, I'm not complaining.

                              My routine today went well.. I edged, then went into the shower, did my stretches. I came back, lubed up, and my computer was raped with porn viruses. I was pretty upset so I didn't jelq and gave my attention to my computer. Then I realized that the new lotion I was using BURNS, as I took a piss.. Now I don't know if I want to warm up again and jelq. Better days ahead, for sure.
