    Genotropin 3iu 5days on 2days off - gonna do a cycle of 3 months more, been doing it for 2months already without PEing.
    MSM,Omega-3,Grean Tea Extract,ALA,Arginin+pycnegenol(Prelox),zinc,kalciu m+magnesium,ALC(acetyl-L-carnitine) + average vitamin supplements.
    120+150g Protein daily, alot of antioxidants from blueberry extract and other supplements.


    Routine:


    Warmup 15minutes - hot water directly on penis

    Day 1:
    200-300 basic Jelqs30sec basic stretching all directions
    Helishakes
    100 quick Kegels
    50 5sec Kegels
    Squeeze and hold for 1minute KEGEL
    3hours Extender ( 1.5hour morning + 1.5hour night )

    Day 2:
    200-300 basic Jelqs
    Helishakes
    3hours extender ( 1.5hour morning + 1.5hour night )

    Day 3: DAY OFF
    100quick Kegels
    50 5sec Kegels
    Squeeze and hold for 1minute KEGEL

    Day 4:
    200-300 basic Jelqs
    30sec basic stretching all directions
    Helishakes
    100 quick Kegels
    50 5sec Kegels
    Squeeze and hold for 1minute KEGEL
    3hours Extender ( 1.5hour morning + 1.5hour night )

    Day 5:
    200-300 basic Jelqs
    30sec basic stretching all directions
    Helishakes
    100 quick Kegels
    50 5sec Kegels
    Squeeze and hold for 1minute KEGEL

    Day2:

    Morning: 1hour extender.
    Afternoon: 200jelqs flaccid (though i got so horny i jerked off after :$ dont now if it ruined the training)


    Gonna wear extender for 2hours before bedtime today.

      Im constantly looking for information about PE and excercises and i update my routine til it look perfect for girth gains.

      Routine:


      Warmup 15minutes - hot water directly on penis

      Day 1:
      300 basic Jelqs (50-75% erection)
      60 slow v-jelqs (50-75% erection)
      20sec flaccid bends each direction (50% erection)
      Helishakes 30sec after each set
      3x30sec Ulis (100% erection)
      100 quick Kegels
      50 5sec Kegels
      Squeeze and hold for 1minute KEGEL
      3hours Extender (1.5hour morning + 1.5hour night)

      Day 2:
      300 basic Jelqs (50-75% erection level)
      60 slow v-jelqs (50-75% erection)
      20sec flaccid bends each direction (50% erection)
      Helishakes
      3hours extender (1.5hour morning + 1.5hour night)

      Day 3: DAY OFF
      Slow Kegels atleast 100 while checking out more PE information


      Day 4:

        Fuck it i do some basic routine 2day on 1 day off instead... :P


        2 sessions a day


        First session:

        warmup 15minutes
        Bathmate 15-20minutes
        Basic stretch 30sec all directions (helishakes 20sec after each set)
        Warmdown 5minutes HOT HOT water direct on penis

        first session follow up: 1hour extender (penis plusplus / andropenis i do this depending on what i do to get more comfortable.)

        Second session:
        Warmup 15minutes
        300 slow jelqs 50-70% erection
        60 slow v-jelqs

        second session follow up: 1hour extender (penis plusplus / andropenis i do this depending on what i do to get more comfortable.)



        PERSISTENCE OVERCOMES RESISTENCE MY PENIS IS GOING TO GROW 2 INCHES IN LENGHT ANd 1.5 INCHES IN GIRTH IN 12 MONTHS.

          Session today:
          Bathmate 20min
          5 Jelqing (bad i know)
          45min extender (with heatpad all time for keeping it loose)

          Took a erect picture yesterday, gonna keep logs and pictures, and after 1-2years check back and see what happens and why etc.

          adding erect measuring pictures tomorrow.

            Nice log ! I have great result with flacid 0-10% jelq for the lenght you should try it Push under the gland when you reach it and push to the base with the other hand just like a Tunica stretch but incorporated with a jelq do 30-40 of those I promised you great gains

                  @remek, yes, I've always like this picture since my early teens, to me its a reflection of my own thoughts, mind and mentality,will and attitude.. reminds me of who I am when times are getting hard, I am a Wolf in the night journey´ing to my dreams




                  Problem is with my routine that I can't stick with it cause It varies hard right now with erection level cause of my previous Testosterone cycle of 4.5months.
                  I'm using this 2months of recovery from the cycle as a Conditioning Routine to prepare for a Safe Newbie Routine with zero tolerance for skipping on even 1 set of my daily routines.


                  Right now I'm thinking about doing this kind of Conditioning Routine.


                  2 days on 1 day off

                  1-2hours Extender every other day. (always 15min warmup before)
                  15min Warmup
                  20sec stretches all directions 9set
                  20sec helishakes after each set.
                  20min Bathmate.
                  200 Jelqs (flaccid with a strong kegeling everytime I slide up)


                  KEGEL EXCERCISE PROGRAM
                  :

                  3days on 1 day off


                  Warmup
                  15reps * 3sec (2set) (2sec rest)
                  Resting 30sec

                  25reps * 10sec
                  (2set) (5sec rest)
                  Resting 1min
                  10reps * 30sec (2set) (15sec rest)
                  Resting 1min
                  5reps * 1min (30sec rest)


                  Also doing some Kegel with full erection randomly throughout the week. (Not on Kegel OFF days)

                    My dream will become true. I will use this Log as almost a blogg I love this forum.

                    Session1 today:

                              Hehe yes, I've had a hard time getting those jelqs done though, I smoke 5 grams strong marijuana daily will quit in 2 weeks after 7 years,
                              After this I will be more consistent and determined to get my routine done properly.

                              Also gonna stop my HCG(Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) Cycle and use Nolvadex as testosterone booster so my normal testosterone levels will be Up in 60days (perfect timing for doing 2 months conditioning routine)


                              My stomach still Prowl, Im hungry right NOW even tho i got it HOT play the dollars in my mouth
