How much do you PREPARE for sex?

Just curious how folks on this thread prepare for sex? I tend to work out, drink a lot of fluids and do some jelqing, edging...not right before but definitely the day of. and then I make sure I'm well manicured and manscaped etc. thoughts?

I don't do a lot of kegles or anything that will cause fatigue.

Hmmm...Great question...

- I take a steamy hot shower to immobilize any possible little Ujjayis from escaping.
- I shave my face because the wife loves when my face is smooth and kissable.
- I sometimes do self-talk "This is going to be awesome." Or "I'm an awesome lover."
- If I feeling frisky, I'll do some hip rotations to awaken energy down there.

Assuming that we're talking about a planned encounter and not just "hey let's park the car and have some fun"...

For me: Always starts with the shower, have to be clean. Shave anything that needs to be shaved. If I'm anticipating anal then I take steps to ensure that's as clean as possible too. Do some yoga stretches to be nice and warmed up/flexible, put on whatever special outfit I've picked out, make sure hair & makeup are done (depending on the outfit etc that might be as simple as brushing my hair and putting on mascara). I also like to make sure the house is relatively clean, bedroom is as tidy as can be, bed made, etc. The first time PL came over I had massage oil out and ready and a bunch of those little battery tealight candles on in the room.

For PL: We just had a really nice night out at a hotel earlier this week. I arrived earlier in the day and he met me there. He'd already showered, had shaved everything but his chest (even underarms). He still likes to head into the bathroom before we actually get into things and washes off his penis though. I would have thought in a relationship sex is not planned that often really.
I always just keep on top of showering and manscaping so I am always prepared.....Fluids etc are important but not critical.
