Well I would bet every woman has fake it more times then they would like to think about.
The harsh bit is you used it during a row. All you can do is say you're sorry then dont mention it again. He probably feels rather foolish which he shouldnt.

You were angry and brought this up. That means you have a pattern in yourself that when your angry you bring stuff youve held back. Its also called Passive aggressive. Its a bad habit youve developed over the years. Try talking to a person (yours partner in this case) when youre calm. being upset and angry makes you look like someone you cant trust bc it appears as though you dont know how to communicate with him unless your upset and angry.
Its a bad habit pattern youre going to have to break or itll keep happening and people wont like to be around you much and no they wont trust you because the only way you know how to communicate with them is when your upset.

Women fake all the time so I don’t think it’s a big deal. The only issue is you mentioned during a fight so he thinks this is how you actually feel, I’m sure this will blow over if you apologize and tell him how much you enjoy sex together. He does make you come so idk why having more than one is so important. As a guy I’d love to give my GF multiples but I rather her have one real orgasm than feeling like she needs to have multiples. Some men don't care if they make a woman cum, some do and for others its like a major deal. It puts pressure on which doesnt help a woman to cum and when your in love with someone and care about them, you dont always make the best decisions.
