Not fully sure if this needs to be in women’s perspective or not, but here we go! So, is there any guys that have had success at hitting on women at the gym and getting a date out of them? Personally, I never bothered with this since I always go to the gym to focus on my body, work out, and self improvement; yet I’ve come across a few guys always chatting up the women there and telling me that they’ve been able to lay with a few them beforehand. I’m also not one to want to bother someone when they’re busy with their work out, since that’s why you’re there in the first place.
However, I can’t say that I haven’t just wanted to start a conversation or flirt with the ladies there time from time; I’m just too cautious about bothering them. As well as, I will say, I don’t have any game; I’m more straightforward and to the point most times with women, so they understand what I’m shooting for. Of course, that’s never had any success though, I guess it’s just off putting.
So I ask you guys, any tips, advice, wisdom on how to talk to women at the gym and get a potential date? Have y’all had any luck in that atmosphere? Thanks in advance!

I was a fitness traininer in a lot of gyms for 12 years.
It was always easy to get on dates with the girls there because we were getting close while I was training them.
But the last years that I was working out on my local gym as a customer I also had dates(before meeting my current gf) there simply by telling to the girls I liked that I was a fitness trainer and correcting them on the exercises.

Start with hello, it can be a game changer.
The same attributes that will land you gals at the grocery store will work in the gym and pretty much everywhere else.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Best way is to get them to notice you first. The women most likely to want a hit will be looking around. When they get on the adductor machine with legs spread toward you, that's a good sign!

Okay, thanks for the replies guys; I can understand that saying "Hi" and introducing myself is always going to be the first step in the door towards any woman. However, my greatest concern is both the "game", as I've been told by plenty of guys at the gym, and not bothering them throughout their workout. Last thing I'd want is someone stopping me while I'm getting my sets in, just to idly chitchat.
I've no problem just casually talking with a woman out there, but it usually never leads to anything and I end up feeling like I'm potentially creeping on her. That's probably all in my head, and obviously something I need to work on, but their body language also comes across like that too. Yes i get it its hard picking up women at the gym
a lot of women are really closed of in the gym setting and all they do is look at their phones (did brad text back yet?)
i honestly never had any luck in the gym picking up women and i come there 4 times minimum for a timespan of 10 years
all that time ive been approached by a woman ONCE, and she was ugly AF :P
and no i am not ugly or anything - it just doestn happen anymore
it seems today that if you want to pick up women you have to get on those apps
been on there once - got over 99 likes in 3 days - hooked up with some women - had more sex in one month than i had in years
but it was ll meaningless - shallow hurt women on that app
ill rather stay single than risk cathing a STD with casual sex on those apps its just discusting IMO
I am going to try and say "HELLO" to attractive girls in the gym from now on and post my results hereso you can get a good laugh out of it

Women don't like to be hit on in the gym. Most of them have headphones on and will be irritated that they have to stop their workout.
