I thought I would offer a little lyrical (and comical) perspective about an issue that many men and women often find themselves far too concerned and even troubled by.

In other words, when it comes to frequency of sex, there is no value in comparatives since every person/couple/circumstance is different.

Haha! Don't we all think that from time to time! Usually it's after about 2 days without for me, some other lucky bastard is getting more than me, it's not fair waaah!
Kinda not getting as bothered about it now, since starting PE I'm looking at quite a few aspects of my life differently, all positive I might add!

I think it is safe to say many singles and couples assume that others are having more sex than they are. And I am sure that it doesn't help that a "new study" comes out every other week with new averages; most of which are complete bunk since the studies are done by survey only enabling people to embellish on their sex lives.

But since it makes for good headlines, people believe these silly studies and find that if they do not fall into line with the stated averages, they suddenly think their sex life is abnormal or worse.

With sex less is more though, if me and my gf were at it every day or even every other day it wouldn't be the same. Theres times when we might do it every day but it's rare. It's so much better when your not constantly looking for it, a few days a week without and then you emmerse yourself in it. It's much more pleasurable and fullfilling.

It's not about frequency but about being together, the bond. Been dealing with an injury for a week and while we spend a lot of time together, haven't been WITH her, and am feeling alone and distant. I miss her. Healed up today so lookin forward to holding her tomorrow.

Yes true if the bond and the connection isn't there it's not the same. Making love and f****ing are completely different but it's a lot easier to find someone to do the latter than it is to do the first or both together ( still enjoy a good hard pound).

Weird analogy, but this idea kind of reminds me of the "traffic rule".

Only when you're stopped, do you notice the other cars moving. And it reinforces the fact that you're not.

But when you're moving along, rarely do you notice how many other cars are not.

But the reality is, every car is on the same road, moving along in the same traffic, at basically the same speed.

Interesting thing that perspective, eh?
