    Hey,

    I'm in that boat right now. I havent bulged from the 7 inch mark since april. I gained some girth in the past 2 months but nothing since.

    Maybe it's because I haven't been on a consistent routine. What should I do? **GO BACK TO BASICS**

    1) Stick to a consistent routine, set the number of days per week.
    2) Stretch with light intensity.
    3) Low erection level jelqs work wonders. Don't disregard them as ''crappy beginner stuff''.
    4) Stay warm throughout the workout
    5) Try a new PE device for fun

    If you're in the same situation as me, give these 5 steps a try. If you start gaining again, then you know what went wrong! Tell us if youre not gaining, we'll help you.

    Stopages in gains should be expected. I have not gained in quite a while. Perhaps with this thread we can find that common denominator as to what causes gains to stop.

    I would say taking a week or two off entirely could be considered to be added to the list also.

    im thinking, guessing here that in order to spark gains DHEA and DHT levels must increase.

    What I have manage in these 4 years of serious PE is something extreme more extreme even from yoga.I can put my mind in my penis and force blood into it without a errection with out a feeling just with my relaxation and mind game and send it from 6" to 8.4".I seriously find it very strange

    I actually had a quick 0.2 inch length gain and a small girth gain in 2 days.

    Here's what I did:

    -Warm shower, keep the cock warmed up.
    -Bathmate pumping for 10 mins (broken up in sets of 20 seconds) at high pumping pressure
    -Proceeded to a porn induced clamping session (edging + clamping) for a good 30 minutes, followed by an ejaculation
    -Waited 2 hours
    -Proceeded to hanging (with a sock and some string, lol) at 0.7 lbs for 10 minutes

    I had the greatest flaccid hang EVER and I woke up with morning wood the day after this routine. I then jerked off later that day and my cock was 0.2 inches longer and a lot thicker.

    Radiohead congrats!

    Hey, looks like im in the same boat as well! I actually had gotten a decrease in size and went back to 5.5-5.6" nbpel and this happened after I hit the 3 month mark at 5.8" nbpel. That my highest measurement yet. It now the beginning of my 8 month and after the end of september i measured and was about 5.68" nbpel. So im gaining again, but also doing 2-3 second jelqs instead of just doing 1 second jelqs. Also doing my best to stay confident no matter what happens as well, seeing how I am a hard gainer!

    If you measured "Bone Pressed Erect Length", you might be surprised.
    A lot can happen to the fat pad/pubic area in 8 months.
    Subtle changes could cost you as much as 1/2" in length if you don't measure from
    the pubic bone. JMO.

    I haven't gained anything in a while, still doing a strick girth routine.

    The reason my gains are not awe inspiring is because I am still trying to get to that point where my cock responds in positive way so I know I am doing the right workout. The loss of motivation not being able to find that point is another reason.
