  • Two month gains

    It's almost been two months since I started back up at PE. In this time I've went from 5.4in. to 5.6in. midshaft girth and 6.5 to 7.2in. in length. I took the measurements after 2 days rest. For a bit I was doing pe in 25 min sessions 3 times a day. Just another way I mixed things up. I'd like to thank everyone for being here and having this. I'm addicted to it now and won't stop for a while. I hope the gains keep on a comin.
    Start 12/20/09 BPEL 6.5in. EG mid-shaft 5.5in
    As of 03/15/10 BPEL 7.1in. EG mid-shaft 6.0in
    Next goal BPEL 7.5in. EG mid-shaft 6.2in

    Congrats on your gains.
    1.How many days on/off per week did you pe?
    2.Secondly did this include any manual stretches.

      Great job! Those sound like good gains for that amount of time.

            1. I usually just take just one day off a week. Keep in mind that I don't over do it with the exercises.
            2. Yes manual stretches everytime, and pee stretches.

                    great post .. yes i find it interesting .. the 3 25 minute sessions ..
                    I am a FIRM believer in Penis Exercises and Natural Penis Enlargement. Slow and Steady wins this race.

                        I will start this routine in March.
                        My experimental routine:
                        10 mins of manual and 50 mins (1000 strokes) of PE, 4 days per week.
                        This is my 5th week, gains made around 0.2 inches,
                        EQ went down, during and after my sessions so i'm looking for a new routine.
                        I was doing insanity workouts during this period, so not sure if that was a result for low EQ.

                          Good gains. Posts like these always make me skeptical of how accurate the initial measurements were done though.
