      I read about increasing your load with lecithin, so I took a tablespoon three times a day for two days, then got a blowjob from the wife.         Not familiar with lecithin but I will check it out. I personally Supplement with Schisandra for the increase in Love juice and other benefits. natural-fertility-info.com>Schisandra

          Gotta check those supplements.
          I never had a strong shot. Sometimes if goes far but in less semen count, and when a lot comes out it's almost like dribbling.

            Lecithin & good hydration are KEY to shooting ropes, for me! I take it in my daily supps stack! Lecithin extends your orgasm and increases a guy's pleasure tremendously!

                I have taken lecithin 2 times a day for a week. Each dose 1500 mg x 2 and I was impressed with the amount of semen and power.                   Man I am so jealous of the "magic pill" effect that some people seem to have with supplementing and getting an instant large increase in ejaculate. Personally I have tried maca root powder, l-arginine, lecithin, pygeum, horny goat weed / epimedium, zinc, proper hydration, fenugreek, saw palmetto and a few others I'm forgetting.

                  I'm currently trying a stack with maca, l-arg, zinc and saw palmetto for increased fertility, but some of those I also expected bigger loads and/or increased libido but haven't seen anything impressive yet, with one possible exception. I believe the l-arg has made my loads more white, less of the clear fluid, but other than that nothing seems to have had a definite increase in my volume.

                  My possible exception is earlier this week, I abstained from ejaculating for five days, got in some jelqing and masturbation here and there but never released. On that fifth day I was with a woman who helped me cum twice and both loads- especially the first- were gushing and excessive for me. I was pleasantly surprised, and I had a third gusher later that night at home alone, also a little above what I'd expect for a third release that day. But how do I know what caused this? Five days abstinence instead of three? Proper hydration? L-arginine or the other supplements?
