    So, until 1 and 1/2 years ago i have been doing PE consistently for a little over a year. I started off with jelqing, eventually tried clamping. That was a mistake as i saw an immediate negative effect on my EQ, in fact it gave me slight ED (in conjunction with the heavy porn use involved in PE in general).
    I realized i was damaging my penis and my brain, and stopped PE that targeted girth. My focus has been to overcome the porn addiction i had aquired.
    I DID gain quite a good amount of length, but only very little girth. And since obviously i had damaged my veno occlusive system (significant soft glans mainly, never had that before PE), and also had 1 venous thrombosis, i quit PE entirely, apart from stretching sometimes, like once or twice a week during the shower. I hadn't measured for a year, but surprise, my BPFSL is scratching on the 20cm mark!!! When i stopped i had just reached 19.3 cm. Haven't measured girth yet, as i don NOT want to damage my unit again and obsess, but i will see if it remained (at. 13.5 cm im ok with that too, would like to get thicker but not at the cost of my units health).
    Maybe i will stretch more now, as my EQ is improving ever since i quit girth work.
    I can fuk without cockring once again and when im really horny, my glans is a good boy and gets like 70, 80% hard on its own without kegels, as opposed to maybbe 40% 1 1/2 years ago.

    So, heres my resume on PE: stretching WORKS, slowly, but it works!! i started off on 17.3cm and am now close to 20cm. wow. But girth work damaged my EQ severly and i would recommend every1 to stay the hell away from clamping.

    I hope my recovery will be a complete one, as my dick does perfect erections on viagra/cialis, so i guess it might be fine when my porn addiction is a goner completely, and my receptors are fully sensitized again.

    Congrats on the gains!

    Clamping is one of those things that you need to be WELL conditioned for since it really does a number on the vessels. Glad to hear things are getting back to normal for you!
