Well, I started doing PE a month ago. Honestly, I always thought the PE is for the fools and it doesn't work. But I am proven wrong. It is real and does work. My stats are below:
Starting
BPEL : 6.3
BPFSL: 6.3
Now
BPEL: 7
BPFSL: 7.6
Goal
BPEL: 8.5
BPFSL: Over 9
Even though I have made initial gains. I feel like my gains are now stalling. I want to grow more and want to take it up a notch. I am considering hanging starting next month. Please advice as to what my next strategy should be i want to take my BPFSL to 9 inches.
