    I never thought PE would work so well for me. Not only did I add over an inch to my NBEL in a relatively short amount of time and increase my stamina, but the confidence boost that came with those gains was unexpected. My girl now looks at my boners with THAT face (y'all know what I'm talking about) and when we have sex, I make her cum (penetration) before I do.

    I never thought my 6" member would ever push 8", bone-pressed or not. My girth is still not where I want it to be but I'll get to focusing on that soon. This community is amazing and everyone is so welcoming and willing to help you solve any problems or questions you have. All I can say is thank God for the Gym.
    Start: NBPEL - 6.25" BPEL - 6.5" EG (Mid-shaft only) - 4.5"
    Current: NBPEL - 7 5/8ths" BPEL - 7.7/8ths" EG - 5.25"

    Goal: 8" NBPEL, 5.5-5.75 EG

      Congrats on your gains JustTrynaGain! And we're glad you came out of shadows to report the progress you've seen as it may encourage others to quit believing that it doesn't work and get started.
      We need more info. What type of exercises did you do? How long have you been lurking in the gym as you added nearly 2 inches of length?
      Share more details of your journey to this point and hopefully you'll decide to hang around here a little more to contribute to this community.

        Great gains JustTrynaGain! Thank you for your testimony; it is constructive for this site and for new members to see feedback like yours. May I ask what exercises & regime you did, and when you started up, and if you were consistent with your exercises?

          Yeah sure and thank you very much. I wasn't sure if I should post my routine here being that this is the success forum but that's probably my nativity speaking lol.

          I started PE a few years ago for about a month and a half and got up to 6.5" NBEL and stopped at that. I started back up again this year in about late February/early March once I realized my length dropped back down to its starting size. I started with a variation of the JP90 routine (basically everything except V jelqs) and saw most of my gains from that (6.5" NBEL to 7.0" NBEL at 4.5" to just under 4.75" EG). At some point about 2 1/2 months down the line, I got overzealous and added more intense stretching routines and my member wasn't ready for that lol. I dropped down to a little under 6.75" NBEL and took a week break.

          I came back from the break with a super simplified routine which is basically 12-15 minutes of stretching 4 days on, 1 off, 100 jelqs every other day (unless its a rest day where I'm not stretching), and a 20 minute edging session to ejaculation once a week. My stretch routine is 30 sec down, diagonally down (left and right) and straight out for 5-6 sets. On every other set (like set 1,3,5 or 2,4,6) I do 10 rotary stretches clockwise and counter-clockwise. My warmup is usually a 10 minute, warm shower and I don't do a warm down (which probably isn't good, I'm not sure). I don't madly pull when I do my stretches, just enough to feel a good stretch. I hear its easier to gain length when the girth is low so I won't do a girth heavy routine until I get to at least 7.75" NBEL (good thing my EG is only 5.0"). I'll ride this routine out until I get to 8" BP or plateau, whichever comes first.

          Also, I lurked on this site on and off for at least a year (after my initial PE adventure) but I didn't believe anything I saw, especially after I lost that initial 0.25" in length. I initially thought PE was permanent so I ws disappointed when I realized I lost length. I started PE for my girl so I could last longer, she can be visibly satisfied and not just say she is, and to be confident about my size (watching so much porn when I was a teen ruined any confidence in my size). Once I got to about 7" NBEL and gained some confidence in myself, I started doing PE for me. At that point, my 8" goal just became something I really wanted to get to. I say all that for any newcomers because doing PE for someone else won't motivate you enough to keep going. I feel like I've written an essay at this point lol so I hope I answered all your questions

            Thank you very much. My answer to the gentleman above you has my routine and yes I'm VERY consistent. They're times where I'd stay up late just to get my session in after I finished my work.
