  • Sex with your temp gains or high EQ.

    I don't know about the rest of you but I tend to prep for sex especially when it is on a regular basis once or twice a week with a regular partner. I've gotten pretty good at planning for max EQ and temp gains on those days. A quick session in the shower to warm up before sex also helps a lot for me.

    How much do you prep before sex?
    8/1/13: MSEG 4.75", BPEL 6.25"
    3/27/18: MSEG 5.25, BPEL, 7.25"

    I usually do more intense routines 2-3 days prior to sex. Then day before sex is a more light routine just to increase EQ but not kill my penis.

      I don't prep for specific days but just let the general condition and training carry me .

        I like both responses but if you have an intense day with a shit load of kegels you won't be able to perform... just saying.

          I mean you have a point and to play devils advocate I guess it just depends on the person. Not only that I mean, you SHOULD be able to perform it just may not be your "peak" performance.

            I have ED so I usually do a lot of prep prior to anticipated intercourse. I usually start about 5am by taking Cialis, 2 mg of l-arginine, and some other supplements. When I wake up I pump for 15 minutes while in the shower. I then use my VED to pump up a nice temporarily larger erection which I enhance and maintain by slipping on a tight tension band.

              Some men do this with pumping (by choice or necessity). Others train in the Stop and Start but give themselves a rest 2 days or so out from the encounter. Another method is to perform an edging session before the activity to ensure a longer refractory period- though this has less to do with EQ than stamina control

                I do my normal PE and am done by about 430pm every day. Then tend to have sex late at night/evening so my penis is basically recovered for the day & hopped up like my body on pre-workout/food & protein shakes

                But by the time I have sex my EQ is at the minimum an 8.5/9 but my ligs are sore from hanging constantly which doesn't factor into those 2 rounds lol. Other than that when I heal more sometimes my gf pays the price and I'll wake up in the middle of the night hard AF & ready for round 3 which always surprises her lol... she's learned to not wait for the weekend to have sex she so she puts out alot more to not deal with my pent up rock hard frustrations.

                    Hey man, I was wondering how the ED happen if you're doing PE from that long, maybe before that ?

                        The refractory period is the duration needed to recover enough to obtain an erection after an ejaculation/orgasm.

                          I'll slide in some input here... Temp length gains are somewhat negligible hours after the fact but girth gains especially from something like pumping can be seen or felt, from my experience, as much as a couple days after. One thing I will say about pumping to some temp gains before sexual stimulation is I DON'T LIKE IT. Sure my dude my be quite a bit fatter but he never gets as hard and my length suffers as well as the sensitivity being increased after a pump session I can't last nearly as long. Temp gains are negligible during sex. What you should be shooting for is some DOPE ASS EQ. Give her that ROCK HARD TORPEDO DICK!

                            My refractory seems almost non existent. I can get off 2-3 times before going soft during sex and I'm ready to go 15-30 minutes later after that. Is this abnormal? And what may be the cause in your opinioin?

                              I wouldn't say abnormal as much as unusual. We're all built differently, and in your case I wouldn't see your scenario as a detriment.
