I am brand new to the forum and was hoping for some help. I have done a little preliminary research into adding inches, yet there is some conflicting information out there. About me: 32 years old, 6.5 inches, would love another 1.5- 2.0 inches in length while adding some girth. I am a graudate student and therefore do not have a lot of disposable income to buy really expensive things to help in this, however, I have been reading a lot about the successes of manual exercises in adding inches. If they work, that is great because they are free. My questions are for those who have SUCCESSFULLY completed adding 1.5-2.0 inches, or are seeing progress and close to that. My questions are as follows: Is this truly a possible goal? Does age matter as far as growing down there? For those who have gained 1.5-2.0 inches, how did you do it? Specifics please, did you use exercises? extenders? which exercises/extenders? How long each day did you do/use them? When did you start seeing progress?
