  • Hey man when you say edge what exactly does that look like? Do you work up to the ponr then back off for 30 seconds and work back up to pond again? Iíve never known exactly what I should be doing when edging
    Start: BPEL- 6.9 EG- 5.3

    Goal: BPEL: 8 EG- 5.5

      Hey bud. Yeah, I edge up until the PONR and back off. Retool your mind to just enjoy the strokes with no goal of cumming. I have practiced my kegels so much over the years that I can clamp down and stop a full cum. I get to the PONR and stop for a few seconds and start stroking again. Do it over and over and then go on with my day. I have several sessions a day many times.

        I've read through most of this thread, it's really great to be able to see consistency breed success. I have been looking for something to spur my own growth and I think I might try something very similar to your routine, and supplementation also.
        I do have a question for you...do you exercise frequently, and if so, what type of exercising? And the big one in my mind, how much sleep do you get? Does sleep make an impact on your ability to PE? Sorry if you already have answered these questions, I don't remember reading them.

          Yeah I worked out consistently for 7 years rotating chest, arms, legs, back, cardio. Was benching well over 300lbs. My doctor told me to back off due to my waking up in the middle of the night with my shoulders hurting. So I do exercise. I am a night owl and go to sleep about 1am and get up at 8am.

                  Absolutely. I attribute a ton of my gains to consistently edging and not cumming. I have always done it daily, to several times a day. I have worked my kegels so well I can stop a full cum by clamping down. My wife has no idea I PE. She knows I edge (no idea it makes me bigger) and is cool with it. I avoid porn as I think its destructive. I do read erotic stories written by married couples so I can focus on me and my wife. I have a very good imagination . It definitely increases desire due to the hormones remaining high all the time. Once you get used to having full balls you will love it. There are other benefits (huge loads) in addition to the gain in girth and length. Reach out anytime man.

                          For clarification... When you say you can clamp down a kegel to "stop a full cum", do you mean that without having to stop activity (thrusting, stroking, oral, etc) you can hold back ejac with a kegel? Or do you kegel and stop activity at the same time?

                              Same here. If I time it well I can have a DO, which is pretty cool (though sometimes my wife would prefer that I finish - especially if she's already had hers). Trying to get to a point where I can kegel through and hold it back without having to stop activity.
