The penis is most similar in shape to a cylinder; and the way to measure cylindrical volume is length times pi [approximately 3.14] times radius squared [base area times height]. Because it's difficult to obtain an accurate measure of penile radius, you'll have to use a slightly different approach to measuring penile volume.

Take your average girth measurement (measure your thickest and thinnest points and divide that number by 2). *Then divide that number by 6.28. Now square that number and multiply it by 3.14. Multiply that number by length. The resulting product will give you an approximation of your penile volume.

*Girth divided by pi roughly equals diameter, and diameter divided by 2 equals radius.

Or, as Jethro Bodine said on the Beverly Hillbillies, while studying math...when challenged with the equation "pi r2" (pi X r squared) his answer was, "NO, Pie are ROUND...CORNBREAD are SQUARE!"

Good to see I am getting the same measurement with my method. Thanks Big Al.

This month MEG +1/16". Total through 60 days +1/4"

Crazy to go a whole month, very dedicated, just to see 1/16". Those types of minimal gains are the type that make you question if you're just pressing harder on the ruler or measuring MEG just a little bit lower on the shaft. Length gains again feel so slow. I expected MEG to slow down after my first month. But I was hoping my BPEL would improve... it slowed too.

Still, I believe i'm approaching this consistently and I'm not cheating myself. These are the most accurate numbers I can offer. At the end of the day, the results still have a + on them. And if I were to continue with a 1/16" gain, in 16 months i'll be 1" longer & girthier. Gotta remind myself its a marathon.

One thing I've discovered through this new journey is that I now have a much better perception of my EQ. I am consistently experiencing lower EQ following a few days on, so I am going to make an effort to actually reduce the force but maintain the duration and see if there are any noticeable changes.

Lastly, I am starting to think ahead to when I finish the conditioning phase. To the vets out there, what would you recommend as the next step for me? I enjoy manuals. I also have a private place to shower. I am not very interested in an extender or weights at this time.

              Current routine:

              Warm up: 5-10 min.
Stretch: 30 seconds while doing 20 quick kegals, 10 big circles each way, then helicopter shakes. I do this going down, right, left, straight, up. Total stretch time is about 8 minutes.
Jelq: Typically about 15 minutes with variations between angle (up, down, straight). Going slow. Using two hands to pull down the skin down to make sure i'm hitting the base. Sometimes i'll squeeze the base and just below the glans and meet in the middle to target the MEG, but i don't do many. I am bad about counting.
Warm down: I do a lot of shower workouts so sometimes i just shower and focus warm water on my unit. Other times i'll rice for 5 min or so.

I really thought length gains would come quicker. But I guess 8 minutes of stretching, 5 days a week isn't a lot of time. Thoughts?
I think I'm in the minority, but I feel like JP90s is pretty intense for a beginner. 15 minutes of jelqing is a lotttt of jelqing. It's such an easy exercise to mess up.

I do 3 days a week of a much lighter routine. I incrementally add time/exercises. My EQ has improved immensely. My guy is more veiny than its ever been. The erection angle is going more towards the sky. Basically, less is more. This is a marathon, not a sprint. It's a lifestyle change. Get in the mindset that you're doing PE for the rest of your life. That you're just doing it for general penis health, and to maximize your erections, and maximize your natural potential size. This will be much better for your psyche, and ultimately, your PE career. There is no "quick fix," no "get big overnight" scheme. No one thing works for everyone. You've completed one month of what will become habit for the rest of your life. Be grateful to yourself that you've taken this step!

Nice work man! Well done! Keep us updated with your progress! The way you analyze your measurements is truly impressive, most people would be upset knowing they have only gained that much, but the bare fact that you consider the volumetric measurements AND understand that gains add up (and will therefore be significantly bigger in a year or two) is what makes you so unique to me! I rarely see people understand this as well!

I am into bodybuilding and during my off season during any given month I normally gain nothing that one would brag about, but when calculated over the course of a year, things are starting to look VERY impressive! Keep it up mate! Good luck on your jorney, I should keep an eye on your progress log!

Responding to Mr.Player 1984: That would be way too much for me and i'm through 90 days of conditioning. Careful not to kill your dick! You may just be able to handle it more than I can. Good luck, mate!

Wow, Brand! Thank you for the encouragement!! What has been the biggest gain to me has been how I have come to accept how big I am naturally and come to terms with loving myself. The reason I do PE is now out of love for my partner to please her more and less out of fear of rejection or comparison. This is truly the most fulfilling part of my journey. Of course I still struggle with comparison in our society, but as Teddy Rosevelt said, "Comparison is the theif of joy".... I will admit tho, the gains are damn fun tho!

I will be posting my February gains (fingers crossed!!) in just 10 days. That will be the finish of my JP90 and i'll be putting together a quick summary for other newbies entering into the world of PE.

Five more days until i'm finished with JP90. It's crazy how conditioned I feel after this and how much better I understand myself. Hopefully to have some Month 3 gains to report, too.

I am thinking after the JP90, i'll do a few cycles of Big Al's Jelq-free routine to give that a shot. Any thoughts on this progression?

One thing I'd like to pass on is that recently I reversed my order of stretching first and then jelqing. I find that jelqing FIRST actually gives me better erection percentage control. After about 10 minutes of jelqing, when I switch to stretching, my ligs are so warmed up and my penis is much more elastic! This small change has had a big impact and I'm excited to see if it helps my gains.

Final JP90 Results next week! Going to take a few days off to ensure my EQ is top notch.

Actually what I meant was althought the session lasts that long it isnt entirely productive. I have to keep restimulating myself after every 10-20 strokes to reach and maintain that erection level while jelqing. Hence the delay

Day 88 of the JP90..... I have a "Whats next" question. I need your good answer!

My BPEL is longer than my BPFSL by about 1/2". This makes me think (using TGC theory) that my tunica is by far my limiting factor and that I should be trying for more length work to see more gains.

I was gearing up to do Big Al's jelq-free routine with side-to-sides and squeezes. Does this sound like the most efficient and effective way for me, following the JP90?

I am also planning to add in some more start-stop work. I really would prefer to do manuals but am wondering if a extender would be right for me given my uniqueness in having a longer BPEL than BPFSL. I will note that I believe my gains have stopped, however my official measurement will be this Thursday. Thoughts?

This concludes my 90 days of Mr. Pops beginner routine, the "JP90"

Frustratingly so, I did not gain anything if February. I know this is a conditioning routine, so it makes sense. Bummed though as I was hoping to keep my progress.

All in all, through 90 days, this is my gains total:

                              +1/4" in girth gains
                              +3/16" in length gains.
                              + Better understanding of Pi's
                              +Better understanding of anatomy
+Better ability to stop ejaculation at PONR
+ More self confidence and self acceptance. I have let go of my inferiority complex.

My most constant issue was managing how much I train and how much time I spent obsessing to learn as much as I could. No injuries and I am very pleased with my 0.25" gains from MEG. That was solid.

                              Whats next for me?

                              -Squeezes
                              -side-to-side stretches
                              -tunica tugs (light)

So far I have done two of these workouts and my EQ is completely dead. I did not anticipate changing my routine to have this big of an impact on my PI's. So I will be taking a full week off to fully get back to normal and then will be starting these slowly. Getting and keeping erections when there is no stimuli is also an issue. I don't use porn but I find erections tough to get using my mind and very easy to get around my girlfriend. Not sure why.

Anyway, if there are any brand new members who want to ask questions about the JP90 while its fresh in my head OR any vets who have advice on my new 7 week routine or any of the comments i've made.. I really enjoy the feedback.

                              Thanks!

I've been doing beginners routine for almost 3months and saw no gains but as soon as I got my extender I felt visual gains. It might be close to an inch in under 3weeks, but I feel as if its slown down now as I mixed it in with manual stretching and the stretching feeling isn't there anymore like before.

anyways congrats, and ill be looking forward to the end of the month to see whether i really gained or not!
