  • Success and serious gains in short time.

    So I measured myself this morning because I felt bigger. I measured myself only a couple weeks ago on 4/22/18 and since then I added another 2.5 lbs to my homemade sock hanger for a total of 10 lbs. I changed up the routine a little bit and not saying everyone should do this but just sharing with everyone because of the gains I have seen in only 2 weeks.

    I would start with just letting the weight hang straight down for a couple of minutes. Then I would swing side to side(gently to simulate the stretch) for 4 minutes or so then I would sit down on the edge of my chair to the point that the weight was just barely touching the ground(I measured it before hand).

    Then I would lean back to the point the weight was off the ground. As I got more comfortable I would lean back farther in the chair and feeling it stretch more. And I could really feel it. I did this for 10 reps holding in the position for 15-20 seconds.

    I only have done this a total of 4 times in 2 weeks and have seen some serious gains. I gained and extra .25 inches everywhere, here are my stats.
    Initial measurements 1/5/18
    BPEL: 6.75-7"
    EG: 5.25- 5.5

    4/22/18
    BPEL 7.5
    EG 5-5-5.75

    5/5/18
    BPEL 7.75
    EG 5.75 mid girth and 6.12 base

    I figured I would share this to let you all know what has worked for me and maybe give it a try for yourself to change up your routine.

            So I just measured this morning and here are the results... Still gaining strong and I am still amazed.

            So I measured this morning and here are the stats.. Still can't believe this!

            Today 5/17/18
            BPEL 20.5cm - 8.07 inches
            EG 5.75 mid girth and 6.12 base.

              So you have hang weights for about 5-6 times and you gained 1/2 inch .
              While I see posts of others hanging 2 hours everyday and gaining this length in 6 months.

                8.07 inches; you must have some pretty good measuring tools to achieve that kind of accuracy.

                  @teodeles I do more than just hang... I do Extender, jelqs, stretching exercising and I change it up every day the only thing I do consistently is the extender and some jelqs... I do it to confuse the "muscle" just like training any other muscle.

                        But you can't even measure 20.5cm exactly, as such you are better of just rounding up to 8.1", presenting that kind of accuracy makes no sense when the error of measurement is at least a millimeter.

                          I measured using cm because it is more accurate and then used this conversion table to inches. https://www.google.com/search?q=cm+t...nt=firefox-b-1

                              When you're leaning way back like that, it's a BTC hang and it puts direct tension on the ligs. I'll do something similar but with my legs against a wall as our bed is only around 2ft from the wall. I just can't do BTC with anything 10lbs+ as it really pulls.

                              I also like the swing, but I'll either do a front/back swing or a circular swing.
