Thank you. I have to attribute something else to my gains and overall success from PE.. A GOOD MINDSET!!!!
Now that my girl's told me that I've gotten bigger, I'm obviously going to expect some numbers to go up when I do take another measurement, but for the last 2 weeks I've been telling myself that yea my unit looks bigger, but it's only temporary, and just overall not expecting gains. I don't have the mindset that OK I've been doing PE for 2 months so I should have added on a full inch or something, no sir it doesn't work like that for me. I don't expect to have gained anything, so therefore when I do look at the measurements and see that I have actually gained, it will be the BEST PRESENT TO MYSELF EVER.
