    Just sharing the succes.

    Got into PE from starting restoring foreskin, and still keeping the PE-part private from the wife. Making it a hassle to find the time, and making me decide to do far less hours pr. week than recommended with the Phallosan, but look for yourself here, it worked - perhaps slower, but especially the flacid improvement is amazing to me. And it started almost directly.

    Around 2015-16 i was starting PE at about 5.1 BPEL and 5.3 EG
    I started pumping intermittently and unstructured, with some stretches and hopeless jelqs

    End of Januar 2018 i was about 5.3 BPEL and 5.3 EG
    I started with Phallosan but only 15/20 hours a week and with regular pumping

    Mid Juli 2018 i was about 6.2 BPEL and 5.9 EG
    i Started hanging about an hour a day working up towards 10 hours a week, still using the Phallosan 1-2 hours a day, and pumping intermittently. I had done 400 hours of Phallosan, and felt i was going in a plateau the last 100 hours.

    Mid august 2018 i am 6.5 BPEL and 5.9 EG (baseshaft, middleshaft more like 5.5)

    So in 7 months i gained 1.2 inches in length, and .6 in girth. Not being a complete newbie, and conditioning my unit with pumping, some jelqs and manual stretches before 2018, but just gaining .2 inches in length up til this year.

    My flacid hang has gone through the roof, being way more fluid&plastic, and not retracting hard, i\ve gone from a stubbing straight out 3.1 BPFL to at swinging soft 5.5 BPFL. My wife has commented positively several times, and even before it was an inch, i just felt it bigtime. Its really something im happy about.

    My absolute goal is 7.3 BPEL and not get over 6 EG. My fatpad is deep, so the straight 7 i shoot for will have to be a bit more, to show more I would love to get my flacid over 6, and i think it will happen because my flacid stretched is almost reaching 6.9 now. So i will push on / consistency is the key.

              Honestly, i do not understand your question.
              In my initial post i have described, what i have done. Pumping intermittent for a couple of years, with erratic jelqs and manual stretches, that all gave next to nothing. Then this year, i started using the phallosan - standard use ( but only 2-3 hours af day = way less than recommended). I also pumped 2 - 3 times a week and did manual jelq and stretches daily.
              After 6 months and 400 hours in the phallosan i felt i had reached a plateau, and put in some hanging - about an hour a day, which i took from my phallosan time, giving me just 1-2 hours a day. Still daily manual stretches/jelqs and occasional pumping.
              I use the phallosan for hanging, and started out after some testing with different weights with 5.5 pounds (i use kilobased weights, so its not precise), and after 3 weeks getting up to 10 hours a week, i have started with fewer minutes and about 8 pounds. It is really tiering me out, and on the limit of my ability, so perhaps i will do split sets with 8 pounds first, and then 5,5 pounds in the second, to get the hours / week i want. Ahhh, and i do the hanging BTC.

                But your questions seems universal, and as if you didn't read my text. Just a broad and general one-liner, not specific or relating to my detailed explanations. I am happy to answer your questions, but please, don't ask me to just repeat myself.

                I am here to share my experience.
                I am no guru or specialist, I don't know everything, or can solve your problems. I only have my personal results, and what anybody can read in these forums. I just want to add to the many positive stories, so others can see it works, and perhaps get new ideas. I am pretty impressed that phallosan with the few hours a month still (with additional pumping) gave 0.9 inches gain in 6 months, and that i by mixing it up with hanging released another 0.3 inch in the following month. All in the restraints given by my privacy-demands.

                  Just a quick update. Time for evaluation as i passed 600 hours in the phallosan and 65 hours hanging.
                  Progress is slower, but i still see gains. Now i have gained a total of 1.3 inch from end January, where i started with the ADS, and 0.1 inch of that in the last couple of months.

                  My goal was PE'ing 15 - 20 hours a week, and when i added hanging, 10 of those with weights, keeping intermittent pumping going to enforce the gains. After i went for 8 pounds in hanging i'm closer to just 5 hours a week, but it feels right so far. So i will stay on the 8 pounds and 'feel' my way daily on the time.

                  I can see, when i get a 20 minutes pumping in 2-3 times a week, it gives me a better flaccid, which i expect will give overall gains.So i should do more pumping, than now, but i can't fit it in the same timeslot as the ADS/hanging, and i have not found a fitting way to solve it consistently.

                  I did some anti-turtling earlier on, but it was to much, and after a break (on advice from here from Big Al, thanks ), i feel rejuvenated on my PE, and will keep the total pressure lower, so i keep gaining. After the break, i felt my flaccid just grow immediately

                      A few questions for you.

                      So manuel exercises wre not that beneficial for you, Larsk?
                      Why were Jelqs so hopeless?
                      What do you feel really made the difference in gains? Such as exercise etc
                      What would be your main advice?
                      Did you suffer any setbacks, or did you only get positive PI.
                      Has your wife commented on your gains?

                        I didn't do the manual and jelqs constructively, so i don\t know if they would have worked. It was not a full effort. I can not judge that.
                        The experience i had, was that the Phallosan really worked and, when the gains sort of plateaued, the extra hanging got the gains going again.
                        Apparently ADS/hanging combined with regular pumping is giving me the best effect, but i recently learned, that i should remember pausing, and that it can be overdone. When i added an all day anti-turtling, i was constantly sore, which is a negative PI.

                        So yes i have had negative PI's and setbacks, but not so much i gave up

                        The overall knowledge i found is: Find some technique that works for you, be careful and monitor your PI's, take breaks, change it up, when you hit plateaus. Be patient, and make the process the thing in itself. But that is just my personal learning.

                        My wife don't know i am PE'ing, just that i have been restoring foreskin (pretty obvious), but she has been commenting a lot lately on my flaccid seeming bigger, fuller, longer and moving more about ("dangling"). She has even started to fondle my flaccid more, when i am nude in a non-sexual situation, as if she is subconsciously drawn towards it. Pretty nice.
                        She has not said anything about the erect part yet, but she has always been struggling with my girth and need a lot of warming up, so that may obscure the change for her.

                          One year update

                          2018 gave me gains of 1.3" BPEL and 0.6" EG.

                          Just wanted to check in on this tread to update with my progress, after ca. 1 year of serious PE. The things i did before was erratic and had very little effect.

                          But now after about 12 months of 'real' PE i have rounded 700 hours of Phallosan pull, and 120 hours of hanging. I have also been doing a lot of manual stretching and especially 'pisspulls' whenever i had the time. The last couple of months i have been slacking, but in about 10 months of full on effort i have gained 1.3 inch BPEL and 0.6 inch EG. Most girth at base (5.9) and just about 5.6 inch MEG.

                          Best of all, my flaccid has gone from (most days) a horizontal stub to a free hanging, soft and dangling flaccid. My flaccid gain is not very big in numbers, but visually it makes all the difference. All in all i am very happy with my result, but i still want to press on and do more in 2019.

                          The thing i have letting go the most (besides spending less time on PE the last months) is pumping. I am quite sure it added effect to my early phallosan use, but when i added hanging, the pumping got lost. Mostly because i only have a limited timeslot for PE, and because i don't want to pump before hanging, and i usually go directly from hanging to normal phallosan pull. And after a couple of hours in that, i can't take a pumping session. I think i will try to go from hanging to pumping, and then see if i have anything left for the normal phallosan pull. I will be sad to see the phallosan lose out, and perhaps i shall make an alternating schedule, because it works, albeit slower than hanging.

                          After a good year, I'm just sad i didn't do this long ago. I have never imagined that i could gain so much in such a relative short time. But onward, there are more to be gained. I expect PE to be part of my life many years on, and even when the gaining stops, i will keep the cementing and pleasant pulling in my life.
