markan that is amazing, awesome work and thanks for the inspiration.
I hope you don't mind sharing your trade secrets, I'm itching to know, what stretches do you do, how long do you hold a stretch and what intensity? and what erection level do you jelq at, and how fast is your average jelq?
What seemed to work best for me was lower intensity more often, rather than big workouts needing big recovery breaks. Same for bodybuilding. Is that the same for you?

Hi super ted, hi Rocker
This is my routine now
DAY 1
---------
--I do regular stretches right after I warm up for arround 10 minutes...I use hot water.
--Then I stretch for a minute each- down , right, straight-up,left and completly up to my belly-button.I pull as hard as I can without hurting my self.
--flaccid stretch for 20-25 secs --down, right,left,up, then just add one finger each time.Same intensity as above.
--Then I jelq for 25-30 minutes.medium intensity, then during the exercise of jelquing, I on purpose get full blown erection and when this happens I will do a uli between 30-45 secs and between 4 and 6 ulis a session.
Then I move on to do Kegels
--------------------------------------
--5 minutes of quik kegels ( force 2 secs, relax 1 sec ).
--9 minutes of medium kegels ( force 15 secs, relax 5 secs ).
--19 minutes of long kegels ( force 1 minute, relax 1 minute ).
--5 minutes of reverse kegels ( force 15 secs, relax 5 secs ).
All above Kegels medium to high intensity.
--5 reps of 30-45 secs internal stretch.( light intensity for now).
DAY 2
-----------------
The same as day 1 but no kegels and no internal stretch.
And that's my routine for now.

so many stretches..Anyway,how many sets each and are those stretches different from each other??? are those variation??? sorry for being confused!!! =)
how do you execute your routine??i mean, in what position:standing or sitting???

Hey guys !
Just weight myself in this morning at 200 lbs. I've lost 60 lbs since october 2008.
Now it's just about maintaining this weight and continuing to exercise regularly. I guess it's a success story on it's own.
I will mesure myself in juin. I have no Idea if I'm going to make any gains this month.I got interrupted very often.December 2009 - 6.00 inches in lenght and 5.00 inches in grith
January 2010 - 6.25 inches in lenght and 5.25 inches in grith
February 2010 - 6.75 inches in lenght and 5.50 inches in grith
March 2010 - 7.00 inches in lenght and 5.75 inches in grith
April 2010 - 7.25 inches in lenght and 5.75 inches in grith
May 2010 - 7.50 inches in lenght and 5.75 inches in grith
