I never just loop the tubing directly to the penis skin, always over the items above.
On the leg end, I wrap the tube around my leg, above the knee and tuck it under the loop around the leg for the tie.
For the penis end, I loop the tube through the hook on the end and put the loop around half way tpe sheath or masturbator. I have to pull tighter for the masturbator, but it is more comfortable because it distributes the pressure.
It does a slight pull when I walk, if I position it right, it feels like a good stretch rather than a sharp pain on the tip.

After I finally found something that worked for me, I needed to share it. Especially since I felt the focus on right sizing the tension makes it safer. If it hurts, stop. This isn't weight lifting. Stretching a ligament takes patience and a lot of time. I wear the band until the ligaments start yelling at me. I then go to the bathroom stall and take it off and either switch to the opposite direction (wrap the tubing around my waist pull it to my upper side) or I stop all together and put the stuff in my pocket. I try to have the TPE sheath on during all waking hours, but even sometimes I don't feel like wearing it...I don't.
It takes duration and some tension...in order to stand the duration, keep it comfortable.
Modified fowfers at night feel good. The tubing stretch feels good. The water bottle pumping feels good. If you are in pain...you are doing it wrong and probably injuring yourself.

I have purchased the tpe condom... waiting for delivery. Thaks for your quick response. There something i want to ask you because i am not sure how to feel about it.
Today is my 7th day in your programme. Well i kind of modified it... it will be awkward to walk around with stretched penis at work and university.
Anyway I am stretching it every evening for an hour or two . I not doing the grith exercise yet.
So today is my 7th day and decided to measure my bonepressed flassid size. And Its actually 0.5cm longer (0.197 inch ).That is afrer the initial gains of 1cm (0.40inch), thats quite normal. It had those initial gains when i did PE on and off , just like you did it on and off.
It looks and feels a bit longer and kind of thicker to be frank. What do you think is that going to be permanent? Is it going to grow 0.197inch a week ? (I hope so) Should i be happy or should i not?

Once again the name of the game is duration. The type of bottle is crucial. You want one that has strong enough material to pull back into position and create the vacuum. Mine looked like this from Dollar Tree: https://proxy.duckduckgo.com/iu/?u=h...d13759.jpg&f=1
I fill it half full with hot water, not scalding, but hot-tub or shower temperature. I get hard, put it in, squeeze the bottle, press it up against my body and then squeeze again to create the vacuum. If you squeeze the left and right side to create dents, then you squeeze the top and bottom to create the vacuum. I may tilt it and squeeze to push out more air. Careful, you may crease it so a small hole forms and bubbles go in ruining the vacuum. I just duck taped it then.
The routine is pump, move the dent around (feels good, like its expanding), until the water is room temperature. Remove, dry it, clamp and edge. Repeat until you don't have time (I'd do 2 or 3 times if I had time). Then put on the sheath and be on your way.

Congrats. Growth is growth. I don't think I measured as often to detect at that precision. Be happy about any movement.
Don't worry about permanent or not, just train in a comfortable way and you can do it as long as you need to make it permanent.
One more thing, flacid measurements tend to be more fluid than than stretched or erect. I did notice though, the flaccid gains came first, like a new baseline or something. The sheath makes a huge difference for these.Last edited by bigbob23; 04-07-2019 at 08:31 AM.

I understand. I might not believe it either. We are all on here searching for what works for us. My purpose was not to impress with gains, in fact, I wonder if I should have lied and lowered the numbers so people would believe me, but screw it, it is what it is. My purpose for posting was to give hope to the hard gainers and share what worked for me.
For those of you frustrated with girth gains what do you have to lose, 1 dollar at dollar tree and some pleasurable time spent pumped? A few dollars out for a tpe condom/sheath? My problem was that it was nearly as fat as long at one point until I figured out the lengthening.
Try it, don't try it. I'll be here for a little while to help those who try it.

What was your starting size ?
