    I don't have a manual stretch routine for length. Most of the length gains is walking around with tubing tied to my leg and looped around the tpe condom/sheath, pulling down as I walk. The walk increases the pull, but not sharply like string or rope did. I do that until I feel a dull pain, its takes 1-2 hours, and then I untie from my leg and wrap around my waist pulling it in the opposite direction....or I take a break...but i leave the sheath on to keep it extended. I do downward fowfers as I fall asleep. Thats it. Some days I was extending 5-6 hours during the day, others just 1-2. If it hurt I stopped. Some days I did nothing at all.

    Don't worry about permanent or not, just train in a comfortable way and you can do it as long as you need to make it permanent.

    One more thing, flacid measurements tend to be more fluid than than stretched or erect. I did notice though, the flaccid gains came first, like a new baseline or something. The sheath makes a huge difference for these.
    I have to correct myself. The measurements i took were bone pressed flaccid stretched- pressing the ruler on the same spot every time and pull as hard as i can. So day 10 , i was excited with my "gains" so i measured it again and i could extend it even more -> previous result +0.12 inch. I was really happy and dreaming about my bright future.
    The next day i did some girth exercises, mostly pumping. Caught in the motion, i decided to take the rules and guess what- no change in the erected state. In the evening i did the stretches and measured it again because i got obsessed with it that day AND i couldn't extend it more than my starting point 10 days ago. Do you think its just because i pull too hard and the ligaments got stiff or smth esle?
    ...Today i took the ruler again... bone pressed flaccid stretched- 0.55inch longer than my starting point and i guess no progress in the EL.
    Maybe i am rushing but i thought those "gains" in flaccid state should translate to erected length. Honestly i am losing hope. I think something is wrong with me. I have been doing 5-6 years of PE on and off and it does not seem to work.
    How long took you to gain in EL?
    Could you please describe the level of tension when stretching?
    Pulling it down as far as it can go and then tie it to your leg or in a normal state and then leave the thera-band do the stretching stretching it without paying attention ?
    Are you a smoker, bcz i am smoking a pack a day and not sure if it is affecting the progress?
    I know i am getting annoying and i apologise , but i am 6 foot 3 and not happy with my size AT ALL.

    I don't smoke. My girth came long before length, mostly because I enjoyed the pumping more and I was still figuring what would work for length. Both girth and length took months. I don't think it was linear either, but I didn't measure on a regular basis. Sorry, I didn't do day to day checking, mostly because I knew I'd get disappointed and frustrated.

    If you are in discomfort, then you will be in a rush and the gains won't come the way you want. I focused on the process and not the result.

    To lengthen with any type of speed you need hours a day in traction. To make that process comfortable, you have to wrap it in something very comfortable. If you tie it to your leg, it is going to pull when you walk. If you do it right, it will feel good.

    My problem now that I've hit my goals, is I don't want to stop. I truly enjoy the pumping/edging, and the feel of the pull when I walk. So I'm actually hoping that I lose some of the gains so I can keep doing this. These last few weeks, nothing has changed.

    That is the goal, make it comfortable/pleasurable so you don't mind doing it. That is hard to do for length, but possible. Even now, I still put on the band on occasion, because I miss that pull. I'm afraid if I get too long she won't let me go balls deep cause I'll be hitting her cervix. Already I have to be careful doggy. I didn't anticipate that.

    I did not focus on flaccid or flaccid stretched measurements because they are fluid. BPEL and MEG were it. Even those can be deceiving. If I measure girth lower, I can measure 7 inches. So I tried to do it in the same spot. If I point my erection down when I measure length, I measure longer than its straight out.

    Lengths were the last to come in the 6 month period. Nothing for 3 months while fiddling with the system, a little the next month and then a jump.

    Its taut, but the band doesn't stretch much. Pain/comfort determined how tight. I wanted it to stretch and be stretched a little further when I walked, but not so night that it hurt. This is a hard one to answer. You have to feel it for yourself. You need some pull, even when sitting or standing, but not so much that walking is painful.

    Point is, with the old system of manual exercises and hanging sessions, for a couple months at a time, I saw really no gains. I measured too often, didn't enjoy the process, was in a rush to get the gains. I kept adding weight, but I think the tendons just got stronger, rather than lengthened. Maybe (probably) I was doing it wrong. I didn't have time, didn't like it and didn't go anywhere and had several false starts.

    Make is pleasurable and part of your routine, and the gains will come, in months, not days.

    Sorry, I just noticed I didn't answer your first question. I started out at just shy of 6 BPEL (I just focused on inches and it was beyond 5.75, but not at 6) and just shy of 5 MEG (little beyond 4.75).

    Op, I have a couple of questions if you would be so kind to answer please .
    Do you know what poundage your theraband was?

    Could you post a picture of your setup with the band on the sleeve?

    Do you need to shave or apply something around the base to get a seal o the water bottle?

    Thanks for sharing your success, I have a similar water bottle at home and will be giving it a shot tomorrow AM. I also have a similar Theraband set already so I figure what have I got to loose

    I actually used different sizes, red and blue, I don't know the poundage, and I'm not sure it matters, because you do not want to max out the band. I preferred the red (smallest band) because it was less bulky, but I applied the same tension as the blue.

    Excellent question on the bottle. I did not shave, the wife doesn't like that. I am trimmed though. Sometimes I got lax in the manscaping and it wasn't as easy to get the seal, but I don't think there was time I couldn't.

    Its very important to follow up with the tpe condom/sheath, the gentle vacuum it creates immediately after pumping or stretching I believe is key to my results.

    I wear the tpe sheath when in traction with the bands, but not when pumping. I put the sheath on after pumping.

    The bands I have are 7’ long, were your bands cut, or what did you do with the rest ?

    7 feet long? Wow, yeah I think you might need to cut that. Mine were half that length.

    I just wrapped it multiple times around the leg, above the knee,taut not tight. Pull down and back behind the leg with some tension and then come around outside, then use the skin friction to hold it in place. If you wrap several times around and you go tight it will be like a tourniquet. Loose wraps after the first turn, friction will hold it. Then tuck the loose end under one or more of the wraps.

    One note for those who are looking to do the stretching only and not the pumping. I don't know if it will get as good a result. The ligaments are not the only part that needs to grow and the pumping helps with that. I know my experience has been different than many on the board here with the theory that once you have girth, the length is harder to come by. That was not the case for me. I gained nothing until the girth came. I lost a little girth when the length finally came, but I believe the girth made it easier to lengthen. I could be wrong and many will say that. When the girth showed up, I was thinking great, now it will be even harder to lengthen, and then I gained length faster than ever, which was easy because I really didn't show any progress lengthwise before that point.
