So Im a black man from ZIMBABWE ( greetings to any fellow Zimbabweans on this site lol! & other African brothers!). All im going to say is penile exercises for enlargement DEFINITELY WORKS ! but it will take YEARS !!
I started this gym in 2013 and my flaccid and erect lengths have greatly improved. I used to be the length of a Nokia 1100, roughly 10cm and now im longer than a standard smartphone, im now about 16cm. In the last month ive seen that ive gained as well, this is after starting a new variation a routine. Erect im between 22-24cm depending on type of measurement used, from a length of 17/18cm in 2013. Ive also seen a change in the erect length since starting the new variation. Im not going to measure until November though lol! My girths have also improved.
Ive done all exercises mentioned on this site except the ones that need some devices lol!
If you are new please start with the JP 90 DAY ROUTINE, its gold! Whoever came up with it needs a medal! and all to all those who have come up with their different techniques, a huge thank you!!
Im going to be continuing with this gym for as long as i can lol! I mean theres also a feel-good factor to it especially after a session.
one 'problem' ive gotten from this though is that all underwear is now so so uncomfortable because of mainly my testicles which have seemed to start hanging lower ever since i started (i dont know how). Penis and balls slip out in boxer briefs, i look like i have a hard-on in briefs and boxers just generally bunch up even before gains. I also have a noticeable dick-print (which i never had by the way!!!!) when wearing all of them anyway so i now go commando. much more comfortable lol!!
my advice to whoever needs it is- do what works for you and to anyone who you will tell about this will 99% of the time not believe you lol!!
