After a pretty long vacation with no sex we got back into it last night.
I'm now up to 7 3/4" firm with 6 1/2" circumference and it got her attention last night.
After 2 kids we stopped using any lubrication years ago but last night was painful for her and amazing for me.
Not dry but a firm grip, wow! It made me harder and I was at maximum erection. She finally tapped out and asked me to finish which I did (amazing finish for me). Afterward she checked herself and was said she was swollen inside and outside with some burning. She doesn't know I've been practicing the tenants of PEgym. We both attributed it to lack of sex for 3 weeks and I suggested some lube when she is ready to go again.

I'm a firm believer!

Thought I'd repost my reply to a private message I received asking for some advice related to my progress the past year. Here is my response:

I was very skeptical as some of the suggestions for growth seem to defy physics and the human anatomy. But I gave it a try. Initially my routine was too much too fast, too sore.
So I backed off a little.
I can't recommend anything that hasn't already been suggested, good warmups, jelquing and my favorite: the two handed pump, gripping at base and at top 1/3rd of your semi hard erection and pumping the blood back and forth between the base and the tip, then every 10 pumps squeeze both hands to trap blood in the middle and hold as you watch the veins engorge. Not too hard.

That more than anything has helped me and seems to be most appreciated by the wife, girth, not so much length.

Also, get into shape! Drop 10 lbs, workout every other day, quit beer and eat healthy and don't think about sex until you are with a real person. A lot of this ED problem increase is porn related I believe.
