  • 2 years under the belt.

    OK so here I am at the 2 year mark.

    I've put on around an inch and 3 quarters in length and half in girth.
    I've done many exercises to achieve this, but all in all I contribute extending to mist my length gains and squeezes and pumping for my girth.

    Recently I put on a quarter inch in girth in just 7 weeks.

    Recently I won the total man hanger through a pegym thread.

      I also attribute most of my length gains to an extender; however, I used a sock hanger several years ago which helped me gain about 1/4” in three months until privacy became an issue.

      Good luck and enjoy your hanger.

              May i ask what extender you are using and how often/long you wear it?

                    Thanks guys I'll answer a couple of questions here.

                    My girth routine was every other day pumping and squeezing. I built up to 40 squeezes and around 20 min pumping.

                    As far as extenders are concerned. Cheap cheap cheap. I got one for like 15 quid on ebay.

                    I have never taken a picture of my unit and put it online. Lol call me a chicken, but I'll live with that. If people are dubious about my gains, that's cool by me.

                          It's weird to think I stumbled on this all really. I was just reading an article on core strength exercises and saw a link underneath it. I didn't click on it as I didn't want to open up a weird page. It said something on it about extenders.

                          So I googled it and that's where my journey started!

                          I could of just as easily not noticed the link and my story could be a lot different.

                            Definitely. I was gaining week by week when I first got into extending.

                            I pretty much started out with extending before I Had a hernia op, so then while I was recovering, I just did some directional stretches. After a few weeks I was ready to use the extender again, at this point my gains went on fire.

                            I'm super excited about hanging. I really feel that this is the natural conclusion of my training.

                            Over the two years, I've extended, I've jp90, jelged, squeezed, pumped, bundled, Assisted, internal stretched, side to sides etc etc etc

                            So I'm definitely ready to take it to the next level.

                            Eventually, soon, I'm hoping to quit going for gains and go into long term maintenance, EQ and general health.

                            To be honest, if I can gain another 1/4 " in length and girth, I'd be over the moon and probably call it a day.
