  • 1 Year Anniversary! Small Success, but very happy with it.

    Hey,

    I just wanted to give quick update after one year of dedicated PE.

    On 8th of July 2019, i started with
    - 10min warm-ups and went into
    - Jelqing for between 10 and 40 mintes, depending solely on EQ, followed by the occasional
    - V-Jelqs (50-100) and Squeezes(3-5x30 seconds -1min), ending with a
    - warm-down of around 5 min

    After roughly 6 months, i was getting some help in terms of pumping, especially from @Not2Big, and switched to a routine that consisted mostly of
    - 5-10min Warm up
    - (Jelqing 5-20min, not all the time)
    - 10-40min Airpumping
    - edging/warm-down

    I started to see decent length gains throughout my Jelqing phase at the beginning going from
    - 15cm bpel to 17cm bpel (5,9 to 6,7") currently, which equals to around
    - 15 cm (5,9") in visible length for me, when i do have a good EQ.
    No girth gains were aquired during that initial 6 months of conditioning.

    Now, after around 6 Months of Pumping i have gained
    - 1cm in girth, going from
    - 10,2cm to 11,2cm(4,0" to 4,4"),
    which may not seem much for most of you, but to me, it makes a significant difference, since i am able to start using regular condoms, without having to be afraid that they will slip off.

    I was so happy that i was borderline insanity when i had sex with a condom on in missionary and could stay hard for more then 10minutes.
    Things like this were just plain impossible before. After i first found a girl i truly liked, at the age of 31 (i still never slept with a girl that wasn't a prostitute until that age) and it didn't work out with her, i became determined. I NEVER wanted to go through that feeling again. Lying in bed with a pretty girl who is willing to sleep with me but i just couldn't. Seriously, fuck that feeling. Porn fucked my dick, and i couldn't even become hard most of the time. And after entering her if it was hard, i could feel that i was too small, especially in girth. I felt almost nothing. God, i hated that feeling.
    So, after this all broke down, i first got rid of Porn entirely, which was super difficult already. After half a year, i started PE. And now, i can actually feel my dick when i am holding it. Truly feels amazing and the vast majority of guys will never understand how i felt in those times. 4" Girth is really shit. Now, without porn use at all and doing PE regularly, i can pretty much fuck my friend with benetifs for an unlimited time when we don't use a condom(the longest session we had was between 1,5 and 2 hours), and for around 15-30minutes with a condom, depending on mood, position and time of day. I can feel the increase of how long i can sleep with her with a condom with every mm i gain in girth.

    I will stick to my routine and work towards my goal of 7.5x5.5.
    But this has already been a great journey. Let's see where it ends.

    BPEL: 15cm / 5,9 in
    MSEG: 10,2cm / 4,0 in

    Current: (16. March 2021)

    BPEL: 16cm / 6.3 in (+1cm/0.4in)
    MSEG: ~10,8cm / ~4.25 in (+ ~0,6cm/~0.2,5in)

    Only consistency and dedication will get you to your goals.

    Congratulations my guy, things only get better from here on out.

        Congrats on your gains, thats actually a very decent girth increase for that timeframe. I would be Extremely happy to achieve the same.

        May I ask when you measured (was it directly after pumping or after a couple days off)?

          Wow, great gains! Between your length and girth gains, your volume, or how much you fill her up, gain is around 37%!
          Start: BPEL 6.75', EG 5.8", BPFL 4.5", FG 4.7", BPFSL 7.0"
          05/2021: BPEL 7.65”, EG 6.0”, BPFL 5.8”, FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.0"
          Goal: BPEL 8.0", EG 6.0", BPFL 5.75" FG 5.0", BPFSL 8.5"
