    Hello All,

    I found out about PE years ago but just found this forum and decided to give it a try two months ago. I was large to begin with - about 7.25 " long and 4.75" in circumference. I was always a little uncomfortable with my girth and my flaccid length which was 4.2". So, I often looked somewhat small, being a grower and not a shower.

    I have been extending for about an hour a day every day at moderate tension and doing manual stretches and jelqing somewhat less consistently with the jeqling just being 20 or so repetitions. I didn't expect much out of this and was trying it just out of curiosity, especially since my routine seems so much less strenuous than some other folks on here. Well, exactly two months later, I am somewhat shocked. Flaccid length is now 5.6" (!!!), erected length is 7.5", and erect girth is 5.6". What thrills me most is I gained in the areas I felt most deficient - erect length and girth. I'm blown away by this, and I love being a shower now. I don't have proof pics - just adding another voice here saying that YES PE WORKS. My erect penis doesn't look any different anyway, but my flaccid penis looks almost twice as large. My size varies a lot because I am on some medication that limits blood flow, so I measured very frequently. The measurements above could have been on an exceptionally good/large day with the starting measurements being in a bad/small day. That could be one reason for the seemingly impossible growth over two months. But I never had those final measurements before, so I know that some growth is real. Because my size varies a lot due to the medication, I have to record it kind of like someone's weight when they're on a diet - frequently over time to see how it's trending and not getting too worried about one particular measurement.

    I don't have a goal. I'm going to just keep doing it since it's very easy because I work from home. I hope none of this sounds like bragging. I just wanted to say thanks, and if anyone is lurking and doubting, give it a try for a few months. You'll be surprised. It becomes a habit and not as much work as it seems when you're just starting out. Frankly, I could see myself keeping up a minimal routine like this forever.

    I'm using the Male Edge Extender. It's actually a little flimsy, and I was disappointed when I received it and didn't think it would last long. Still, it's holding together and apparently working.

    I don't do anything too consistent for the manual stretches. Honestly, I just grab the glans and pull as far out as is comfortable for a minute or two and repeat several times. I'll do it when I'm reading at my desk at home a couple of times a day when I get a chance and am wearing clothes that make it easy to do (e.g. gym shorts before/after a workout)
