        Today I hit 9 inch BPFSL for the first time.
        I've been sick with a flu for the last 10 days, so I din't jelqed as much, also din't measured my BPFSL for 3 weeks I think.
        So far I don't know if I got any improvements on my EL or EG, I don't think my EG changed since my last measurement.
        But my Flaccid Girth sometimes hits 13cm and that's very close from my starting EG Stats.
        I'm still doing the basic routine like Goingto10, but no decon breaks since I think I'm still slowly gaining.
        I'm also planning to work on slow movements while doing my jelqs, maybe that can help me grow more

                I'm planning on creating my own thread, but only when I achieve bigger gains.

                I've followed his routine, but I don't got over 20 minutes jelqing or stretching, I've been very careful with that.
                Also I didn't had any decon break yet, since I have ruler anxiety and barely no privacy, it's very hard to me to measure often.
                often so I don't know if I'm at a plateau or not.

                  A little tip for you guys, I've been jelqing sitting down since I started, I realized today that if you jelq while standing, you get a better motion.

                  I'm gonna start this and tell you guys if I get any improvement.
