Hi just here to give other people some hope and share my story....
The title is the gains and where it will be staying...
exact routine
First 3 months
jp 90 (pretty much)
5 min warm up Hot towel wrap or shower
10-20 min manual stretch all 4 directions (by the end i realised 10 minutes was ample but experimented through the process)
10-20 min jelp wet 3 second pulls (Same thing got it down to 5-8 minutes)
5-2 (if i had my time again possibly change this to 4-3)
Next 3 months
8 minutes 4 directional stretching then i tried something that you guys may have a name for... i started spinning it like a helicopter blade for 5 minutes but occasionally adding a side to side and up to down motion during the spin (Honestly this is the majority of the length i saw and the most rapid)
5 min jelq 3 second pulls
4-3 (If i had my time again maybe change this to 3-4)
Last 3 months
7 minute hand pump... crucial fact got a silicon base that's really large and it was what made all the difference to the stock one that comes with the pump..
Before i bought the aftermarket silicon base i was getting slow pressure leaking and it only allowed girth gain temporary...after i got the aftermarket sleeve it provided extremely slow length gain and extremely slow girth gain in my opinion it isn't permanent like the manuals.... however if you rest for a few weeks and then start again it almost imidiatly goes back to 100%... This is just my experience..
The other crucial factor for me
100% erection level prior to entering the pump for me no longer than 10 minutes as that's when the fluid builds up.
Even at 7-10 minutes a day it still continues to slowly grow but very slowly...
Daily but only because i like it not because i need too i believe this could be done 4-3 or even 3-4 for the same results.
I think i'm happy enough to have this as my daily routine for the foreseeable future.
So thats it im at my goal and just here to say it really does work to any non believers or people thinking of starting just have a go
I was rigiorose with my routine and still am but im sure even if i was more relaxed it would still have worked..
Also might add the permanent growth is 17.5 and 12.2 or 6.9 and 4.8 it appears to stay here even with no exercise however i haven't left if for an extended period of time to see if it recedes... (i believe the permanent growth was from the manuals)
I have to add one more thing you finally get to what you thought was going to be the greatest thing you ever do... and to be honest you really don't even notice the difference that much or atleast i didnt. honestly most likely said a lot but learn to be happy with what you have... That's more important...
