  • Clamping= More viens + Tissue Hardness

    I've been clamping since last year (3 times a week) and doing 3 sets of 10 minutes, however, I didn't gain erect girth

    I've almost tried everything, fillers seems to be the last option for me.

    What did Clamping do for me?
    • My flaccid penis looks longer and thicker
    • My erect penis looks veiny now
    • My penis feels harder and fuller
    • My penis internal tissues are now more visible

      Uli and AL squeezes worked well for me.

        For EG, ULIs and squeezes are better than clamping. I also do a modified version of bundled stretches that I call wringers that helps loosen the tunica before the squeezes. I start off exactly like a bundled stretch, but instead of holding the twist and stretching outward, I hold the stretch and twist more.

        I also do a different version of squeezes, but I don't feel comfortable recommending them because the pressure could be dangerous if you get carried away.

          I always preferred squeezes over clamping, clamping kills my EQ
          Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

            What’s your SBPFL vs BPEL?

            If your tunica is limiting you then you may want to target that with bundled stretches, tunica tugs, flaccid bends, etc

              I have tried squeezes and Ulis for months, no results

                My BPFSL is over 7.5 inches vs BPEL 6.6 (have lost half of an inch during COVID)

                  Interesting - well I based the tunica response off the seemingly high EQ and what I assumed was going to be a SBPFL less than BPEL. I took that from this thread:

                  Since thats not your situation it sounds like smooth muscle, which is what you’ve been hitting a lot of or youre an exception to that theory.

                  I don’t think I’m experienced or wise enough to suggest anything else. All I will say is I was reading about fillers before I came here and I don’t know if any members have them but it seemed fairly safe when I started reading but by the end I was reading about medical boards attempting to reject licenses and a host of other issues so I would definitely keep trying consistent PE work, but it’s your dick.

                      Give more information.

                      What is your expansion during clamping if any ? I speak about increase of your non clamped erect size, during clamping. If you dont get expansion beyond your max erect size, you probably wont gain.

                      Also what is your work:rest ratio ?

                          I see you have gained 0.6" which is a lot.Maybe you need a decon break and change of routine/exercises

                          I dont like 3 on 3 off, 3 days in a row of heavy girth workout seems tough for the EQ. Try 1on1off or 2 on 1 off

                            If you didn`t reach good enough expansion during the 3 days the 3 days pause will revert all temporary gains.
                            Could be you`re starting over and over again from square 1.
                            I think to do 3on3off you should feel on day 4-5 some fatigue and still expansion on day 6.
