You have to shock your unit if you want good results. Continous heating of the tissues, 8 to 10 hanging sessions a day, moving the weight in a circular motion or back and forth. It does take time, but can be achieved with more effort put forth. Hope the information given helps

My p.e. pal, Andrew 69, (at Thunder's), gained 3" from hanging,--went from 4.5" to 7.5" but he practiced manual p.e. as well.

Going411by7 What routines have you used to get your length? What routines have you used to get your girth? How long have you did hanging for and how many sessions or sets per day if you don't mind me asking? That's a good gain

I never practiced hanging. I made my gains from jelqing, stretching and edging. I think the slow, methodical approach I took is what made me gain quickly once my penis got the message. I never looked back or had second thoughts about how to approach p.e. I just kept jelqing longer and longer seven days a week. And then I added the stretches, all the while continuing to increase the length of my jelqing sessions. It took me more than three months before I started to make real gains.

Hi G4...I don't doubt Andrew at all but I'll sure as hell bet he didnt' make those gains in 7 months. As for Fla Boy...I really couldn't care less how my post is perceived but the general premise of his post is bullshit. If you want to be fair, then change the title to something like diet + PE afforded him 3 inch gains. I'd like to know what the BPEL increase was during this apparent hanging regimen. 1 inch in BPEL from hanging in 7 months? fine, maybe I'll buy that.
I only give my opinion because I am hanging now, and sorry for all those out there, but you're not gonna just start adding inches to your dick monthly if you hang. The gains will come, I dont doubt it. But to expect 3 inches? Please. Fla Boy claims 3 inches in 30 weeks, or an inch per 10 weeks. That is .1 per week. Sound like not too much? Try gaining like that.
And we didn't even cover the topic of this alleged inch in girth that he gained from hanging. A WHOLE INCH. Are you serious? Can a loss of fat explain the inch of girth gained from hanging? And if the Mods want to question my post, and make it seem like I am being in some way offensive to this guy, fine. I'm just saying what everyone else is thinking.

I base all the informative information I give on my results i've got in under a 10 year period of me doing PE. Alot of tissue in that area is tough and a way of going about maximum fatigue is to shock the tissues into growing it loosens them up instead of starting slow minimizing your results then gaining slow.
On the other hand, this routine shocks the tissue into not having any time to react and retract it can only elongate and stretch with simple forced applied by the weight.
