Damn dude, it's been only a week and I don't know if its the fact that I've got off of the meth, last year and just found out about PE'ing and my penis is going back to it's potential or that this workout is just straight bomb. I woke up with a hard on today and I've only done the exercise about 3 times a week now, and this morning after my measurement. I'm hovering right at around 7 in BPEL. My short term goal is getting closer, thanks for answering my questions and supporting the motivation for me. My EQ has raised significantly and I the girlfriend dilemma that I had is starting to fade away slowly as my Dong is getting bigger, I also noticed it now when I take a piss it is pretty bulged up and thick in girth and it seems longer flaccid wise as well.

Thanks for the motivation guys.
One thing you gotta remember with Jp's workout you have to keep it steady for about 2-3 weeks and just hold up for those sets, then you can start increasing reps, and add an extra set to Jelq and V Jelq otherwise you will injure yourself. I come to the point where my glans are starting to hurt but then I take it nice, easy, and slow. You also have to give it a rest after 2-3 days of workout. Atleast 1 day rest, and then do 2 more days, then one more day rest, and 2-3 days of workout.start

Congrats "Growth" on your gains.
I'm also about half way through JP's 90 day Routine as well. A couple of you have said that your glans hurt. This my seem like a dumb question, but is it normal to have sore glans? My glans get hard while jelqing, but not rock hard to where it gets sore. I wonder if I'm not doing enough intensity?
