Thread: Great stuff!

I just happened to stumble upon this web site 2 1/2 months ago. Since that time, I have been practicing pe and reading as much materials on the subject as I can possibly find on this site. It's great to share openingly wtih others in a mature and really nuturing environment, especially with others with the similiar goals. The responses are always greatly appreciated. We all want to be the best that we can and when one area of life is not quite where it should be, it can get discouraging. I am probably a little older than most pe gym members. With that said, to regain what I had in my 20's and 30's has been a bigger incentive than I could ever express. I have always been physically acitve and hit the weight lifing gym, at least 4 to 5 times a week. Maybe this discipline has prepared me for pe? That and a strong desire for success is keeping me going.
I have noticed gains in all areas, less frequent turtling, an over all length, girth and flacid hang increases. Some of the unexpected benefits are a hightened sexual awareness, arousal and desire, (wifie watch out). Another unexpected benefit is a great increase in yes, pee stream. I find my mind is focused on my next pe session and future extending and hanging. Last night, I following some night time strecthes, I fell asleep with the rice sock still on my dick. When I got up, I was impressed with the flacid hang. This is great stuff!

Well we are glad you are enjoying your new found hobby, tis very enjoyable! Also, WELCOME TO THE GYM! I will assume your doing a beginners routine? PE is probably one of the most difficult things to KEEP doing. You are correct when talking about discipline, takes A LOT of it, a lot of dedication to actually reach desired results, its been a real roller coaster and mindfuck for me, not gonna lie! You will learn a copious amount of information from the men AND WOMEN from this community, again, welcome to the PEGYM!

I appreciate the comments and I would have to agree that this new found hobby, (or obsession), is enjoyable. I have been on the JP90 for the past 8 to 9 weeks. Two weeks ago, I increased the frequency to 2 days on and 1 day off. Directly following the routine, I make an attempt at edging. I then tension rap in hopes of cementing my gains. At night I warm up, then stretch. I am very anxious to extend and then move onto hanging? To my surprise, I would have to agree that there's a multitude of information and this is truly a mindfuck. I am going to check out the near 40, over 40 group. Thanks for the info!
