  • Wow - I just noticed going411x7 stated this thread 13 years ago. He's my hero like a lot of others around here...

    I like the healthy approach here in terms in PE as a health/desire not as the answer to all men's problems. I was drinking a little too much and having some issues raising the wood, which is how I came about this site. Now I have a stronger healthier penis and am drinking far less... I recently emailed a member a post so I'll follow up by posting it here. Hard to imagine I am now one of the old veterans here. Seems like yesterday I was reading just trying to learn...

    It's in my signature but I started at: 6.5 BPEL x 4.75 EG on 10/21/2015. No matter how hard - I tried I could not stretch my dick to 7" flaccid (even drew blood one night after a few drinks trying!)

    Now I am consistently 8"x 6". I started with all the manual exercises (stretch down, behind each cheek, left, right, and up). I was a slow grower but started to see growth that put me on pace to be 8.66" x 5.78" by the end of 12 months - so that became my goal and I put it in my signature. Also, morning wood was getting so strong it would wake me up hard as a rock!

    After the initial growth, things really slowed down. The rest has been slow through hanging (I try to get in 4 sets a day similar to BIB's course of action) with a week off every 4-6 weeks. That has been the last of my length gain. I bought a Bathmate 1.5 years ago and that has really improved my girth. I really didn't realize how much fun girth was until I started gaining. In the beginning I just wanted length.

    During this all, I have experienced one period of lymphocelle issues that lasted about a month from jelking too hard (again one night after drinking on vacation - sense a theme here)...?

    It has been very slow and steady for me but I am wondering if I am reaching the end of my growth. All-in-all, I will take the 1.65" length and 1.25" girth gains and be happy - but I'd still love to hit 8.75" x 6.25" lol!!

    • Glad to read your words and that you have cut back
      on the drinking. That will help your dick stay erect
      when needed. I had my last drink in 1976. So it has
      been 45 years since that last nasty drink. I was dry
      and miserable before I joined AA in 1984--37 years
      pretty much sober. Questions? I am here to answer
      them.

          Right at the beginning during the fourth / fifth month when you started to incorporate stretches..

          I believe the session went like: 90 min. jelq + 30 min. stretching.

          For the jelq/stretch combo. specifically, was this done after the "normal" 90 min. jelq routine?

          If so, this jelq/stretch combo. is done in the latter 30 min. stretching session, so essentially "jelqing" was doane throughout the whole 120 min. .. Am I understanding this correctly ?

          That is absolutely correct. I could not maintain such a rigorous schedule after about three months of the 120 minute routine. My work also interfered with my daily routine, so I did cut back before all these gains were "cemented" as they say. I have never lost the flaccid gains I made during that first year, though.

                Also, I think I read that.. for the 30 min. stretching session, you incorporated every imaginable stretching possible, changing things up session by session. So, I guess would jelq/stretch combo. be "one" of several stretches that you incorporated? I guess since this jelq/stretch combo. was the most effective, this was used most frequently right?
                I apologize for bringing this part up. I understand you performed these routine many many many years ago.

                  • Hit seven inches flaccid this a.m. Guess my body is sensing it is that time of year, from my first months of p.e. some 19 years ago. Is there such a thing as bodily response memory? I do believe there is. It cooled off here in the north and although it is still very early August, my body must sense that autumn (when I started p.e.) is not far behind.

                      • A combination of jelqing and stretching with long
                        nightly edging sessions. This a.m. I measured 7.5"
                        in length along with a scrotum hang of 9.5". I have
                        been practicing Tai Chi and the deep breathing exercises
                        associated with sitting Tai Chi, (for balance issues), has
                        increased the blood flow to my genital area. In the fall
                        of 2003, I was swimming a mile three times a week. I
                        am sure that the swimming worked the same way as the
                        Tai Chi, that is, enhancing the blood flow to the groin. In addition, I have lost 30 pounds over a three year
                        time span, exposing more of the base of my penis.
                        I weigh 200 pounds now. Back in 2002, I weighed
                        180 pounds.

                            • Such a great strory but at what erection level you did your jelqs and i saw you said that you didnt girp as tight as possible and about the streching, you pulled out with max power or less
