    Hey PE fans!

    Welcome to the Beginner Gains Corner! Lets see if this takes...

    I had a thought. When I started here I trawled through loads of threads, checking the posters stats at the bottom in disbelief that all these guys had made their dicks bigger. I started to believe. The excitement mounted! I began to train.

    Lately I've had my first noticeable and most exciting gains, after about 7 weeks of PE (with an enforced 10 day break in the middle)... but I don't want to post stats on my progress log till the 3 month mark as per convention... But I do wanna share the THRILLING NEWS, right?! Well maybe here is a place to do it. If you have had some gains after a month, or two or three and are excited about the next step, post in here and tell us all about it!

    Here's me:

    Started 6.25 BPEL - Current MAX 6.6
    Started 4.75 MEG - Current MAX 4.875
    EQ variable depending on if I overdo it a tad with jelq grip. Generally good, night wood common. Dick generally feels bigger when erect, and feels and looks bigger when flaccid. Package in trousers noticeably larger (had always been a 'grower'... i think i'm starting to catch up!)

    Well that's it, shouted from the rooftops! I find it ridiculously exciting to find PE working for me. Hopefully if you all wanna share this'll serve to inspire the noobies who are both skeptical, or put off that so many say its a long term thing... well it is, but that's not to say it doesn't get fun quick sometimes...


    So if you have made some exciting gains lately, lets hear about it and how you made them. C'mon. You know you wanna brag. Get it off your chest!

    You take me back to my "honeymoon" with p.e.--a half inch in the first couple of weeks. I'm sure it was from improved EQ, but at the time, I was fuckin' psyched!!!! Whooohoooo!!!

      Haha, yeah! I am TOTALLY psyched at this point.

      I've been cautious not to get too excited earlier - i noticed some immediate gains but it seemed more likely that EQ was the reason there.

      ...by this point I am getting the old measurements with 80%-90% EQ... and the push over 6.5 at 100% blew my socks off! Exciting times! I seriously want to get into girth but I am remaining patient and enjoying the ride!

      But where are all the other beginner gainers? Ah it was such a beautiful dream! Shoeless Joe Jackson would have been proud! (then probably researched the information and got bang on the PE in a snap)

        kublakhan congratulations of your gains and it is a good idea to post gains in a common place so that other may have hope. that is why I'll be moving this thread to the Success Forum. I gained just short of an inch in length in my first three months. What a great feeling it was to find out for myself that it is working for me too.

          Ok that's great, i guess it makes a lot more sense here! yup its that moment of feeling sure it wasn't just EQ... it's pretty cool to say the least. We guys are hardwired to presume this stuff doesn't work, usually the context is for some tacky device or pill... PE gym is a world away from that! I'll save the unchecked adulation for when I reach my goals though! Then i'll be laying it on thick. There is a pun here but i'm not going to go there...

            Hey there!
            I'm sort of new I guess here
            I've been doing PE for only about a month now
            I started off at BPEL 6.25"x4.75"
            And a month into it I am now at BPEL 6.9375"x5"
            Barely a month and I already moved from being in the "6 incher category" into almost the "7 incher category"

            and I plan on keeping going!!
            9/10/13 - 5In Girth, 5.75In NBPEL

            Goal - 7.75In BPEL, 5.5In Girth, 7In NBPEL

              Great news, Kub.

              I'm very happy so far.

              I don't know when I seriously started, but I'd say I have been pretty committed for 3-4 weeks. I have had a great hang all day for the past few days, which I hope is permanent assuming I continue w/ the exercises. Erections feel stronger and are keeping longer as well.

              No measurements, but I'd say very slight gains so far.

                wow tog! you started precisely the same as me... looks like you've outstripped my progress though! congrats man! ...i'm not jealous i swear... so what's your beginners program like?

                Hockey, you sound just like me in attitude man. not wanting to get carried away... but cautiously optimistic... am i right?! good luck with hitting some measurable and undeniable gains soon!

                i took a few days break recently, just got home and had a session... still couldn't believe that 6.5 was really REALLY real! girth too, but that is coming a little slower/less obvious. that's cool though. i'm just still at that amazed point, and humble and thrilled that it has so far started working for me.

                  Today is my 3 month anniversary. Here are my 3 month beginners gains:

                  BPEL - 6.75
                  NBPEL - 6.25
                  MEG - 4.87

                  Good times. PE is REAL.
                  Start:

                    Guys im just beginning, i tried before but soon stopped frustrated I wasn't getting any gains currently im doign the routine by Babbis, just to see if my gains will come what routine has worked best for you guys thus far, in the shortest amount of times . . . i just really want to see some gains (even if they're relatively small) just so that I can keep motivated. please share your wisdom

                      Exactly 4 months since I began PE... I am the proud owner of a (more or less) 7" schlong! Lucky me! It is VERY noticeable at this point, 3/4 inches longer than it was when I started.

                      Curiously, although it kinda SEEMS more girthy (contrary to what you may expect when your dick has got LONGER) I think I've lost the small girth gains I'd made. This may be down to lower EQ as my body adjusts to filling a more impressive member...

                      So I guess I'm on the erection tea... or something.

                      Still doing the basic PESG/JP mixed-light-intermediate routine. I'm starting to try out new exercises but since i've been lucky with my gains (fair to say... though also read worked HARD and CONSISTENTLY and CAREFULLY at it!!!) i am a BIG subscriber to PESG's mentality - slow and steady wins the race.

                      If / when I get to 7 1/2 I am going to have to cut everything except GIRTH ONLY exercises... I really want the girth now and would happily stay where I am for length. My guy seems interested in onwards and upwards rather than 'outwards' at the moment though...

                      Any girth tips particular to my case very welcome!

                              These were mine from almost 2 months:

                              14.8.2013

                              Starting stats BPEL: 6.2 Inches (16 cm)
                              EG: 5.1 Inches( 13 cm)

                              1.10.2013

                              BPEL: 6.9 Inches (17.5 cm)
                              EG: 5.5 Inches(14 cm)

                              I was watching porn back then and did not have much privacy to do my workouts in. I was doing my workouts in the shower or at my bed and had to finish them at 1-2 am and wake up next morning at 7 am to go to work.

                              Currently my dick feels bigger and I have been months away from porn. I also have told my mom about my PE and have enough time to do my workouts in private.
